I highly recommend this hotel, the staff are friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast and a good location for all of the sights.

Room temperature was poor and temp was locked by hotel. Unable to get late checkout Despite it being advertised as being able to.

Didn't use the workspaces. Pool was cold.

Good location for business close to Valencia fair and airport. Clean.

Fantastic and accommodating staff, very clean and safe, great for business. Slightly inconvenient location but very easy to get transportation/Uber.

A very big and modern hotel..impressive entrance and generous space at the lobby, Smell of cigarettes in our room, after addressing it we given a different room .. bit disappointed by the area, thought it would be closer to the sea, it’s surrounded by heavy traffic at a big cross junction..also disappointed with the pool area, pool much too small for this size of hotel, no chance for a swim .. also disappointed by the breakfast area also.. very noisy! Staff helpful and friendly and good restaurants in walking distance.

Extremely poor service at the reception desk. Receptionists are - all, without exception - rude, discourteous, lacking manners, and not accommodating at all. Plus, full of hairs in bathroom and in the bed. No warm water the night we arrived.

Lovely pool area

Superb quality hotel for the price. Absolutely beautiful breakfast and really lovely outside space. The pool is just right.

Extremely good place to stay

Nice property in a decent location close to transport links. Had some issues with the pool closing with 0 notice and no one saying when it may reopen. I believe you had to pay extra for a kettle in the room which is odd considering I've stayed in 3 star hotels that have a kettle as a minimum.

No andaba el aire acondicionado, no he podido dormir en toda la noche, luego de intentar reparar el aire durante toda la noche la gente de recepción, sin poder lograrlo, a las 09:00 am me cambian de habitación. Es una broma?
