The staff are fantastic! Very helpful nothing is too much bother. The only issue I do have is with the door cards, had to go down everyday at least once to get it reissued as it would not read at all on the door reader.

Very clean and very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and bedroom everything that’s needed. A nice little outdoor courtyard sitting area with plenty of tables and a ping-pong table. Very good offstreet parking.

Typical Ibis Styles, great to have the parking just behind the hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable.

Staff were friendly and kind. They gave my children Christmas gifts. The location is quite convenient. It would be better if there was an electric kettle in a room.

The room was perfectly average, as to be expected from an Ibis. It was clean but small and breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and informative when recommending local attractions (the Parc De La Pepiniere was a hidden gem) and it was handy to have a secure car park for the hotel. Our children enjoyed the table football, small playroom, and mini golf corridor. The location for the old town was good - our 3-year-old could walk there and back without too much fuss. One negative was that there was a bit of a toilety smell outside our room, but otherwise the hotel was clean.

Ten minute walk from centre. Hotel has a small bar, children's play things, outside sitting area. Breakfast a bit chaotic but offered fresh orange juice, diy boiled eggs, hot croissants, cheese, ham, cereals etc. Rooms small and limited tv channels. Staff very cheery andvery helpful. Would stay there again if in the area.

Very friendly staff & accommodating upon our late arrival & upon check out. Also a very nice breakfast included. Outside of building needs some attention & rooms are very basic & small
