Friendly staff. Good facilities. I would have liked better ventilation (it was April but temperatures were in the mid-20s degC)

Staff was very courteous and especially the cook in the breakfast area. She made great scrambled eggs! Receptionists were professional & greeted all guests daily. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel on premises. Across the street was a Mercadona and the opposite direction was an Eroski if one needs groceries. The roundabout nearby made it easy to travel to Pamplona, Roncesvalles & San Sebastián. We were in Room 205 & there was a strong smell of cleaning products that lingered for days.We opened the window to air out the smell. Pros out weigh the one con. Great stay if you’re looking to stay outside the center of Pamplona.

Parking is frightening unless you have a small vehicle.

Everything was super good. The reception was very smiling, friendly and helpful. The room was good and the cleanliness was top notch. The breakfast was really good and had everything you could want.

A little outside of town but great if you have a car

What a lovely place to stay! Roomy apartments close to grocery stores and a welcoming staff made this an easy enjoyable trip.

Our stay revolved around the San Fermin festival. This location was a good value and close to festivities. Buses ran every 15 min to the festival and we were the second stop so we never had any issues getting a ride.

Great customer service. They allowed us to check our bags until our flight later that day.

It’s a bit out of the way for the San Fermin Running of the Bulls festivities, so keep that in mind. Front desk called a taxi first thing in the morning (5:50 AM) but it didn’t show up. It’s a 40 minute walk to downtown!

We had no Airconditioner. Couldn’t sleep all night.if like to get compensated for this stay.

We only stayed one night here, but our experience was amazing. The staff members offer an excellent service and the place has everything you might need.

Rooms beautiful, great view, near some shops, excellent car park with massive parking spaces, though it is very tight to drive into the underground car park. Breakfast great, good choice and all fresh. Staff all very friendly. Absolutely superb. Rooms all very modern and lovely. 3km walk to Old Town.

Je recommande cet appartement hôtel, très confortable, moderne et bien équipé. Parking sur place appreciable. Personnel agréable. Dommage, qu on ait eu droit qu à 2 capsules de café pour 5 jours. Facile d accès à Pamplona.

Great stay room was spacious with full kitchen even a washer. Even though it was a bit far from center of Pamplona easy to get there by bus or taxi. Nice to have free covered parking. We would stay there again.

Great service and stay.

Hotel is not in the best location. Upon entering the room, we got hit with a horrible odor of smoke. We went down to complain and they told us that while we were out, they would put a machine in the room to get rid of the smell. When we were leaving, they then made up an excuse for not being able to provide the machine and only other option was switching rooms. We decided to stay since it was only one night and we had already settled in. That night we hardly slept and I ended up with a migraine due to the smell! Definitely not worth what we paid!

Excellent spacious suite with large fridge and cloth washer (and outside hanger). Short walk to bus L05 to town center(route Orniva)
