The parking area is open, but seems secure. The region is all upscale people storage, shops, restaurants, retail. clean and up to date. I stayed in a room similar to my visit 2 weeks earlier. There are minor signs of the previous condition of the hotel, which is being completely renovated. My room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was the best thing: a real walk-in shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers rather than the outdated, silly little bars of soap and tiny bottles.

Property recently went under construction, paint spots everywhere and finish is poor.

The hotel is undergoing renewal/renovation. As such, there's a constant odor in the hall of paint, construction adhesive, new stuff. The furniture is being replaced, so, for example, my room had a desk chair that had damage. There is evidence of the age of the building in various spots, but overall, the appearance and state of repair is good to new. Parking is convenient in their lot it's easy to get to of I-70 and there's plenty of dining options close by.

Checking in was very easy and professional . Room was more than I expected very nice clean Comfortable. Right across from the Mall easy shopping and dinning. Loved my stay here

They were remodeling the floor we were on. I don’t think our room was actually ready for guests. Issues with bathroom door shutting (wouldn’t shut all the way due to uneven tile work), sprinkler head for fire safety didn’t have the cover over it, shower faucet wasn’t secured, dresser still covered in tape, bathroom sink leaked.

Lots of construction at this property. It would have nice to know that at the time of my reservation. No blow dryer in the room. No usb ports. Lighting in the room was weird. Main area had one small desk lamp. Needed a lamp by the sofa.

It was pricey for the condition it was in. They’re undergoing some changes. It would be interesting to see the after.
