My experience was mixed.
The first night, February 6, was fine and quiet.
However, on February 7, significant noise disturbances affected my stay. During the day, a group of teenagers were running through the hallways, shouting, and slamming room doors.
In the evening and throughout the night, the noise became excessive. I contacted the front desk for the first time at 10:35 PM, and the noise stopped briefly. It then resumed more loudly.
I made a second call to the front desk at 1:45 AM, but no staff member came to address the situation. Around 2:00 AM, I left my room and saw approximately 8 teenagers and 2 adult chaperones sitting in the hallway, shouting and drinking alcohol.
Due to the lack of effective intervention, we were unable to sleep that night.
At checkout, I spoke with the front desk agent, who informed me that a follow-up would be done. To date, I have not received any response.
This situation had a significant negative impact on the quality of my stay.
