I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed including an iron and ironing board! The bed was comfortable, so I enjoyed 3 good nights sleep. There was also an opening window, so fresh air, which makes a nice change. The breakfast was great, had everything I wanted. I was able to leave my car in the car park and walk to the venue I was attending, which was great! But most of all from the first phone call to the moment I left the staff were brilliant and made me feel welcome and were polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for two nights, must say it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and always assisted where needed. Plenty of parking space and was free if you are a hotel guest. We booked the suite which was really nice and spacious with AC and Nespresso machine. We had the breakfast both days, first day breakfast I had the eggs Benedict which was really nice. The only small point was on the second day I had the florentine, and they were pretty raw… this was probably because the breakfast time got really busy and the chef must have got busy as the orders kept rolling in, we had to send the eggs back to be cooked more. But honestly this will not deter me from coming back to this hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Rooms are smaller than average. Even large double barely has enough space. They only provide water bottles in premium rooms imagine that in this heat. I would understand it if the charges weren't higher then most hotels nearby. Should've booked some place else.

Noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in & definitely not a 4* but the staff are lovely & very accommodating but sadly we didn’t manage to get much sleep as you can hear everything. There was 6 of us that booked and all staying in different parts of the hotel and we’ve all said the same thing so it’s not just one part of the hotel that’s noisier than another. Sadly I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason as I’d expect a decent nights sleep. The rooms are clean & tidy but they definitely need to work on sound proofing as the noise really lets it down & for £153 a night I’ve stayed in far better

Staff were great and helpful when I told them of the noise in my room. There moved me to another room But.. at night all night there was a bright light on make the room light up. Making it hard to sleep. The room was above the kitchen and kitchen bins Room was big and clean tho the bedside table has a cigarette burn on it.
