It was really great fun.The only thing I didn’t understand was the payment of 15Euro when checking out.That’s a bit wired.Can someone explain that to me please.

Warm welcome and help to book the spa in San Pellegrino. Rooms are finished to a great standard. Would recommend the location to anyone looking for a mountain village that has easy access to Orio/Bergamo airport.

Chose hotel as between verona milan and tirano when we were touring as a family of 4. Relied on Internet reviews and struck gold. Stayed 2 nights and would happily stayed longer.

Gorgeous hotel. V warm welcome even though it was late at night. Room was perfect (Nature Suite) No public transport in Selvino. Hotel taxi from CIA airport costs €40. The next day we had to get a cable car (!) to Albino, then the bus, then the train on to where we were headed! Def and enjoyable experience and would love to go back.

This was our second home while we visited our daughter, who lives at the foot of the mountain. The hotel was wonderfully appointed, very clean, and the staff were more than friendly and extremely helpful. The location is superb at the top of a small mountain/large hill.

Lovely hotel, room excellent nicely furnished, large, comfortable, very clean lovely bathroom and small balcony. Very comfy bed and a good nights sleep . Breakfast is continental and quite generous. Hotel is up in the mountains, but very scenic (hairpin bends) route and we enjoyed relaxing here.

A little bit out of the way but worth it. Petit boutique hotel. Room very neat. rain shower. Gigantic breakfast buffet. Up in the mountain, ideal for relax. And great rate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the headline rate was fantastic, but, on arrival, the room we booked was awful. We were offered a cheap upgrade to a suite, which was a beautiful room, with sky channels (including sport). I thought this was a bit of a sneaky trick, but we were too tired to care much. The breakfast was very poor. The restaurant was dirty, and the choice of food very limited. There was no service. Overall, a great hotel room, let down by usurous marketing and lazy service.

good value for money and nice to stay out of the city for a change but many of the bars and restaurants were not open for the season yet but the food in the Hotel was of a very good standard. The drive up the mountain is full of hairpin bends and has a lot of cyclists on it. Good hotel would use it again

When we arrived at the hotel in early March, the town was covered in snow and realy deep as it is in the Orobio Mountaines near the Swiss border but within easy travel to Bergamo and Milan. The hotel was completely empty expcept for us as at this time of the year it is between seasons and most of the town don't live there. The hotel was clean, comfortable and warm and the breakfasts which were included were substantial and not just the "continental breakfast" type of coffee and a croisant. Staff were rarely seen but always near when required. The hotel is located in the centre of town and is very very picturesque and looks like a typical alpine village postcard. At this time of the year most of the town is deserted but has several good eating houses nearby and other facilities. We intend returning to this great spot and hotel.

The situation of this hotel was amazing. You drive out of Bergamo for about half an hour up a winding mountain road. The views are amazing. Breakfast was great with one of the best cappucino's i've had for a long time...and the croissants are to die for. Nice friendly staff with good sized rooms, all clean and tidy. Definitely reccommend to others. I had 7 friends with me and they all loved it.

Hotel/room perfect. Disappointingly, there were no bars or restauarants open in Selvino in the evenings, we were there Mon/Tues off-peak. Drive up to Selvino not for the faint-hearted, but well worth the effort. Local scenerey spectacular, Lake Iseo short drive, many restaurants available here to eat in gorgeous setting.

- Competitive price with free street parking until 9am - Breakfast is good with fair food choices - Room is big and renovated, yet the bedroom is old (window broken and taped) and without AC (which is misleading info and complaint raised to Expedia) Overall is okay.

Un po'lontano dall'aeroporto di Bergamo ma sicuramente silenzioso poiché in posizione montana. Personale gentilissimo.

Great place and a beautiful hotel. The inside was well made and very comfortable.
