I got horrible food poisoning, which started about 3 hours after I ate the hotel breakfast, and didn't eat anything else that day. It could have been from something I ate the night before, but I'm not sure. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, helping me call a car and checking on me while I was sick.

The hotel is convenient for public transport routes to/from the airport. Local shops, 5 minutes walk from the National Opera House, around 10 minutes from the old town.

There was no spa at the hotel. The elevator buttons do not work on the ground floor. Reception made me feel really unwelcome on check-in.

Fantastic experience I had an excellent stay at Opera Hotel. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were welcoming and professional, always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with super fresh and tasty food, and the restaurant staff were amazing friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The location is perfect and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The staff was absolutely amazing. The entire check-in process and checkout was quick and efficient. They do honor late checkout for an additional fee and breakfast offered a variety of food, coffees, and juice. I would definitely recommend this stay as it’s a close walk to both the bus station, the 22 bus that takes you to the airport, and approx a 10ish min walk to the center

I wish I could leave a higher rating. Room was nice. But the mattress was lumpy, a weird odor in the bathroom that made you keep the door shut and a lot of road noise. It was ok for a one night stay, but I would have been very sad to have been staying longer. Sorry Opera Hotel, I really would like to have given you a higher rating.
