The room is too noisy they have bathtub in each room but the water is not hot sufficient to enjoy

I loved the view outside my window and easy access to a restaurant and bars nearby

Everything was very dark. I could hardly see what I was eating at breakfast. The receptionist was not particularly helpful at check in but the room was comfortable and clean. Overall a good experience but nothing special.

The hotel located for me no one spoke English and we had an issue with the first room but it got fixed we changed room

For the price you expect better. Water was cold, pool didn’t work, dated facilities. Below average breakfast.

Muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Para mi gusto estaría bien arreglar ciertas cosas de la propiedad, pero todo bien. Lo único que si estuvo fatal fue el servicio del restaurante... Está casi vacío y los meseros apenas y te voltean a ver y no vienen.

El hotel se encuentra en una buena zona, pero un poco aislado. Hay un par de buenos restaurantes en el mismo complejo. El diseño del hotel es minimalistico, pero realmente no es funcional. Los baños son pequeños y muy incomodos, si usted tiene dificultad de movimiento no es el hotel para usted. El servicio muy bueno y la vista en la piscina/bar es espectacular. The hotel is in a good area, but a bit isolated. There are a couple of good restaurants in the same complex. The design of the hotel is minimalistic, but not functional. the bathrooms are small and very uncomfortable, if you have difficulty moving around this is not the hotel for you. the service is very good and the view at the pool/bar is spectacular.

Trendy hotel but a bit outdated. The parking is accessible but the lady at the front desk couldn’t validate the ticket and had to pay out of pocket for an overnight fare. Clean, trendy, yet the bed was not that comfortable. Cool rooftop with amazing views.

Just a very nice place to stay in….if you haven’t visit this place when you come to Monterrey.

Bar menu offers drinks they do not have, no appetizers like chips, olives, or nuts at the bar, they didn´t even try to satisfy client. Shower handled broken

Staying here is not worth the price. The breakfast and service are both terrible. The beautiful rooftop bar was closed for private events for 1/2 of my stay, leaving only the restaurant to grab a drink. There was literally no one in the restaurant all 3 times I ate, and the service was terrible. Concierge attempted to make a reservation at a local restaurant and even that was screwed up. Housekeeping didn’t show up until 4:30 or 5pm one day, unacceptable
