Location is good , breakfast is good.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many choices everything well prepared. Pool was really good. Was surprised they charged 2euro for pool towel rental tho.

First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening to cool down a bit. But in this hotel and obviously some in this chain (as we later learned), the light at midnight is automatically lit on the balcony. And this light can't be shut down, so we couldn't turn it off and burned all night? This is crazy. I don't know who in the hotel management has invented such a foolish rule that the lights light up on the balconies at night and thus disturb the guests of hotels who sleep in the rooms? Even the floor in the room, covered with carpet, adding to higher temperatures.

This is a great hotel and located in a nice area of town. Great staff and the service was excellent. The food was lovely and there was so much choice. All very tasty. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great location. Lovely pool facilities. Stairs and ramps between parking and rooms makes baggage handling difficult. Air conditioning does not seem to handle temperature too well. Buffet meals pleasant but fairly basic and quite busy.

hotelroom: comfortable, on 3 stars level, clean, but no mini bar in the room, heating only in the morning and in the evening the outlook from the window was terrible, you were looking at the outside of a high wall of the parking house. Breakfast: on average, coffe and juice absolutly terrible

My husband and I are not overly fussy about where we stay; we love to camp or stay in mountain huts, but when it comes to a cleanliness, we do expect a clean room in a hotel. So this place is definitely in need of some updating as it has dents, dings, general shabbiness, but that is not the part that made us uncomfortable, because that’s just all cosmetic. There was grime and splatters of miscellaneous crud all around the wall by the waste basket-a mess that was obvious to the naked eye and clearly able to be easily addressed by housekeeping, if they bothered. When you see that, then all the other oversights pop up-squished little bugs on walls, hairs on the sink, and a definite need to do a more thorough cleaning. Yes, the front office staff were cordial enough, but this is the last thing we wanted to see in our room when you checkin late at night. If it seemed like the kind of place where they just had a housekeeping snafu, then we would have requested a different room, but based on the common areas, I think this might be a more widespread issue. The hotel is centrally located, so that was convenient .

A really good deal, especially dueto having an indoor heated pool. Room was large enough. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast varied and plentiful.

The hotel is nice and offer a half board for gteat price. The parking is close to the hotel but the cost is 14 Euro per 24 hours.

We booked last minute and this hotel was perfect. Great value. Nothing over the top but clean and functional. Front desk staff were great at check in. Always very friendly. We would stay again for sure.

Asked for room with balcony. Paid more to get a decent room. Got a room in the ground floor . So balcony was misleading. Badge-in didn't work and eventually had to be replaced. Hotel is a bit tired. I would not recommend this hotel at this price.

Overall, it was a nice stay. However, I was unpleasantly surprised how run down the indoor was. Also, even though the room was cleaned before my arrival, I couldn't help but notice the black mould in the shower. Plus, the white wall in the room had stains...

The hotel is right next to the bus stop so you can go to dinner in Piran every evening.
