The staff are 6 stars! From reception to housekeeping, the bar staff and the waiters and waitresses, they are all absolutely wonderful, polite and friendly. I like the hotel, great location with a lovely beach a two minute walk away. The hotel looked really nice, they made a big effort with the Christmas decorations, very festive. New Year’s Eve in the hotel was excellent too. My only gripe is that I didn’t find the bed very comfortable. The room was nice and in good condition though. One other thing, I paid for two double bedrooms for four people even though there was only two of us, I was still charged for my tiny dog (£165) thought that was a bit mean. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property is advertised as being pet-friendly but in practice it is not so that was very disappointing.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting . Gorgeous beaches a few steps away. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Rooms comfortable and spotless. Had a brilliant stay.

Lovely quiet room which was a good size. Very friendly welcome and all staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely pool but limited sun beds but within a couple of minutes walk to a beach. Had a good value meal in the evening. The bed was too firm for us which impacted on our sleep. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which made both rooms feel small. No aircon and being on the ground floor with the access to car park outside the room we couldn’t leave the windows open overnight.

The staff couldn't do enough to help. Very convenient for the bus stop to St Peter Port. Food was great, particularly the evening meals. Very close to the sea, and I would have made more of the pool if the weather had been a bit more favourable!

We had a lovely 5 day break at The Peninsula Hotel! The Staff were wonderful so friendly ! Nothing was too much trouble ! We have a lot of family in Guernsey , so next time we stay it will definitely be The Peninsula ! One thing that would make it even better! New mattress on beds !!!!
