Our room had its private hot tub on our balcony. We used this a lot since the pool water was chilly this time of year. The reception staff George and Kostas were very friendly and attentive. Daily Breakfast is included and was great! You are able to select from numerous breakfast options. This location is close to Akrotiri, so you are away from the chaos of the busy tourist areas.

First class place with first class service. The views from every room are breathtaking! Highly recommend!

This hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a relax hotel to stay at. At times I felt like no one else was staying at the hotel because it was so peaceful and everyone on the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here at Asarte Suites again!

5 star hotel, staff, and experience.

When we were booking online the picture they show for senior suite was different from what they have provided us and we had to pat additional €235 for changing the room to what we had seen online. They didn’t accomodate us because of their incorrect website information. Then they arranged the rental car for us stating that they are doing business with this company for over 10 years and the company is trustworthy but we ended up paying €200 additional on top of the rental price for the scratch to the car that was already there and they blamed us for that scratch. Hotel staff arranged the rental and refused to communicate at the end saying that they don’t have anything to do with rentals. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to trust Astarte suites staff please do not ruin your vacation.

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.

What a magical and beautiful place built into the hillside of southern Santorini. The staff were the most attentive ever and the site was beautiful in every way!

this property was above and beyond our expectations. The staff was very humble. They made sure we had a really nice trip Jenny Petros and anesthesia went above and beyond to make sure you had a good stay would definitely recommend.

Fabulous service, super clean and well maintained, very comfortable. Beautiful views and they make you feel special. Remote from most of the island which was what we wanted but be aware - need taxi/hire buggy to get around if you wish to.

Very professional receptionists, special thanks to jenny for making our stay at astarte the best experience, super nice, clean, all the services offered were satisfactory. The restaurant alali was where we had the finest meals in the whole island. Cant compare it, overall very happy with my atay.

Super friendly staff , the service is excellent. The staff make you feel at home . Really nice view . Really good breakfast and restaurant but expensive . But that’s all that is good . Location is very remote . Need to walk 23 min to the closest bus stop at atcrotiri or take taxi for euro 35 to Fira . Need to walk a lot of stairs uphill to leave the hotel and everyday it’s like gym to even leave the hotel . There are alot of insects and flies flying around. The bed can be improved . The room is very sticky and humid due to the jacuzzi inside .

Nice place to stay. Quiet and away from the tourists. Transfer service was great. Met the owner our last night who is amazing and fun. The breakfast each morning that you can choose from was amazing every time. The pictures online do not give it justice!!! Highly recommend!!!
