Staff is amazing! I had 2 bedrooms 1 bath and kitchen. The rooms were clean. You can only clean so much when the rooms are rundown. Overall the hotel is rundown. They have seen better days. The room was musty and the smell got in my CPAP machine. There was mold under sink cabinets and on top of fridge. Pool was nice but has a rough floor.

Do not stay here. Room was not clean, there was mold all around the top of the bath tub, trash on the floor and stains on the inside of the windows, a dirty washcloth still hanging on the shower rod. I took pictures of the room and showed the front desk guy. He was very nice and got my family moved to a cleaner room that looked a little more updated than the first one. The continental breakfast they have was never open on time. Two days in a row I had to ask the front desk person if it was open. The first day I was told to walk to the hotel next to us to get breakfast. They had to call someone both days to open up the breakfast area almost a whole hour later. My stay was for 3 nights but I ended up checking out the second day. When I returned my room keys and said I was checking out early, they took the keys and didn’t even ask why. When I got home I called the guest relations number to complain and they told me it still showed me checked in even after I left. Never again will I stay at this place.

Got what I paid for.

Room was sub par… fridge was old and kinda moldy. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Key cards kept not working and had to get new ones numerous times. Pool needs cleaned, pool vacuum- hair, bugs floating in pool. Room was ok otherwise, i understand it’s not a luxury hotel and price is cheaper. Investing in pool vacuum and running it nightly would be sanitary.

Stayed there in the past. The property needs attention and cleaning. I don’t think I will stay there again.

My family & I enjoy this hotel when visiting South Jersey. The suites are spacious for my family & the location is conveniently located around many things to do.

Staff was great housekeeping was great and understanding with our little ones. Pool was clean. Breakfast was simple but had something for everyone. Picky eater approved.

Room was way bigger than expected and we loved the little balcony. Front desk staff was not too friendly but overall i will be booking here again

When we arrived around 3:30 the room was not ready and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes, which wouldn't be horrible had the room been clean. The floors and carpets were sticky and dirty. My kids had black feet from walking on the carpet after just a few minutes. The bathroom had a broken rack, cigarette butts in the drains, a filthy bath tub, and a sticky mouse trap under the sink. The kitchenette floor was also sticky. The room was all the way in the back of the building and it appeared that multiple room units had people living in them long term. Next to us the woman was regularly smoking marijuana right outside our door and the room often smelled like it. It was so bad that we checked out after the first night and moved to another hotel. I understand it was cheaper than some hotels in the area so i don’t expect anything fancy. I figured older and outdated but fithy and smelling of marijuana is unexceptable. If people live there, that's fine. I work in social services and understand different situations are needed for that but they should not place regular vacationers next to people's temporarily residence. Sadly we were charged for two nights and could only suffer with one.

Well it was the only place left that offered a friday/saturday night stay - everything else was booked and we needed a place. The check in was ez - the room was not a new reno - but it was large, comfortable and it was quiet at night - which was surprising for that area. The pool was so nice and cooling off was nice lots of tables and chairs and lounges for everyone. The breakfast was light, but all we needed especially the coffee in the morning! The desk ppl are very helpful and our Sunday was our check out after having breakfast at the Cracker Barrel next door. We were very hapoy with our stay!

It makes sense for how cheap it is, but oh my goodness the fact I had to wash everything that was in my backpack because of the smell it brought back makes me give this a two star. The front desk people were nice and accommodating, but you walk in and it smells like cigarettes and mildew, the shower was dirty with hair and I had to wear shower shoes, the carpets were damp and stained, and the bedsheets had stains too. It was lowkey disgusting and super, super outdated and not kept up at all. There were so many cracks in the walls in the bathroom and some mold it was just really gross. Liked the space though. I guess you get what you get.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We spent the night then caught the ferry over to NJ.

Deceiving

Black mold in the shower. Always had to ask for more towels and toilet paper…

The first room was supposed to be a smoke free room and there was a strong smell of cigarettes. Got moved to a second room and I didn’t like that there was a blood stain or some type of red stain on the sheets and there was also food crumbs on it.

Curtains that don't fully cover windows in a motel are a disaster. We hung towels! Partner concerned for her safety. Not fully cleaned. Doors to supplies outside room left open. Sketchy, no sense of security, and overpriced. Needs fresh paint, grimy carpets need replacement, beds too close together.

These pictures are so deceptive. We stayed in a room that had two separate sleeping areas, one bathroom, and a kitchen area (fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker). The room smelled like mildew and mold. We were only there for two nights and my asthmatic daughter had a reaction to all the mold. The bathroom was beyond gross, so much mold and mildew on the ceiling that is was peeling off. The whole room, and everything in it, felt damp. If we were planning on staying in the area any longer, I would have moved hotels and requested a refund for the poor conditions. We kept our shoes or socks on the whole time because the rug was gross and damp. Very disappointed.

This property was very close to the beach and did have a nice pool and convenient parking. Although the room smelled terrible and was very dirty especially the bathroom.
