The Ibis Bilbao Centro is in a great location and has all the basics. I appreciated the eco-friendly focus, including a refillable glass water bottle in the room and a filtered water dispenser for hot and cold water right by the elevator. Staff were friendly. We walked from the hotel to Plaza Nueva, Guggenheim, and to the metro. There are plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries close by. with easy access to everything

El staff es muy amable y se porto muy bien conmigo. Sin embargo quiero manifestar mi molestia, la primera habitación que me dieron encontré insectos/bichos en la cama y las sábanas, cuando iba a dormirme. El staff fue amable e inmediatamente me cambiaron de habitación. Pero me parece muy mal que en un hotel como el suyo se llegue a encontrar este tipo de inconvenientes.

Nice vibe, good price close to train station area. Breakfast was nice and started at 6, which helped with out early exit. Staff were helpful and lobby bar/snack bar was friendly. Weirdly the floors in the room crackled and popped as we walked. Foam mattress works ok and room was nice and quiet.

Small room, but very well located to walk to old quarters and also to Guggenheim. Underground parking was useful.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location with an easy walk to the main central location and the Historic quarter. The Hotel is basic , but, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy.

Great place in the centre of the city, within easy walking of everything, and fantastic secure parking for my motorbike

very good stuff with everything easy check in check out the room very low AC feel like hot no electrical outlet only one the entire room that is not convenient and not comfortable. bed very small room

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location with secure car parking. Easy to find from the motorway and easy to walk around downtown.

Pleasant surprise, so clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location. Full breakfast with early hours, so nice to start a day of travel without hunting for breakfast.
