Very very small room, uncomfortable for two guests. Loud partying going on right infront of our window for several hours in the night. Breakfast starts too late for travelling guests. Bar area very unclean.

We didn’t even stay, they canceled the booking because not enough rooms were booked and re booked us in a guest house with 8 people sharing a bathroom, absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a hotel group this size, knowing there is no alternative and no where to eat in such a small town.

Second time that I stayed here, on a hill, Sami cultural items present and aesthetically pleasing, laavu and reindeer outside. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Hotel was not busy upon our check-in. Was given a room with a wonderful view of the snow machine storage area and parking lot. Enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant - paid at table with credit card. Upon check-out, we were surprised to ask to pay for someone else's meal who (probably mistakenly) used our room number to pay for meal. Didn't need that hassle or embarrassment. Realizing this is the only hotel for miles, the rate was still pretty high. Live and learn.

I was visiting Nordkapp (the purported northern tip of Europe) around the time of the summer solstice, intending to follow the sun around the sky for 24 hours. I wanted a motel room to rest up and sleep afterward. That time of year is quite popular; everything nearby was fully booked and even those at a slight remove had high rates. This hotel was the nearest I found that my budget could handle. The hotel itself is quite nice (though I was too tired to avail myself of all the amenities) and the restaurant has a good reputation. Dinner service is short and reservations are mandatory, so I missed that, but the free breakfast buffet was excellent, with many local dishes to sample. My room was clean and comfortable, and the free internet connection was good.

Nice hotel, friendly staff; dinner of reindeer stew was pretty grim- thin stock, and generally tasteless. I have had much better out of a can. The breakfast bufffet was not kept well stocked- and many choices ran low.

Easy to find. Easy check in by proffesional personell. Clean relaxing room. Big bathroom. Dinner excellent. Good taste and wonderful waiter and cook. Breakfast buffet was magnificent. I was impressed buy the choices and quality. The staff was quick to clean and restock. So in general in my top 10 thru my travels around the world

Veldig bra opphold- flott beliggenhet og god frokost. Litt dårlig vedlikehold- slitte møbler rundt baren og TV som ikke fungerte - må bli bedre for å få topp karakter

To few vegetarian dinner. We were told that the jacuzzi and sauna were included, and when we were going to use them suddenly the jacuzzi had a cost. It is better to have the information available in the webpage, room or in a board in the counter, so one knows how to use the facilities and what to expect
