Great stay close to ski hill

We are a family of 5 that stayed for four nights. The staff at this hotel were fantastic! Especially Martin, who drives the shuttle and assists guests at the door. The shuttle will take you to and from the ski hill or anywhere else in Bromont you wish to go, which was great. The staff were very responsive anytime we needed anything. We really loved the outdoor hot tubs, and the exercise room was clean and well equipped. The rooms are a bit dated and the carpet and furniture in our room was showing its age. The sofa bed mattresses really need replacing. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great so when we had noisy neighbours next to us we were very aware of it, but the hotel staff addressed it right away when we asked. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, so we went into town for our meals. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again!

Everyrhing wad great. Restaurant food was good, large portions. Staff was very polite and friendly. We will come back again amd for the golf in the summer.

We found the beds uncomfortable

Great stay with our 2 kids, 8 and 10, lots of activities and family friendly.

Excellent access to skiing and pet friendly a big plus for future visits.

hotel is great and staff amazing (the shuttle drivers are so friendly and nice), shuttle service to ski departure is wanderful Jacuzzi are often busy but late operning helps, not sure if very clean Room is really nice and great to rest & sleep; bathroom is clean and fine The breakfast is really the subject to improve: having more fruits - mainly red ones (berries, strawberries, etc.) and other things - this is what I expect fromsuch "luxury" hotel

Great location and beautiful views

Location, very close to the mountain. Free shuttle service or close walk to beginner slopes.

We like the amenities, such as pool, hot tubs.

The rooms wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The hottubs were left open for hours on end without staff coming to check and close them so they could actually heat up. The food was mediocre.

Good

The hotel is well located near ski bromond and is nice and comfortable. Staff is nice and welcoming. Breakfast could really be upgraded to a good gourmet breakfast, the wuality was very basic. Also they could use a little convenience store or fridge with yogurts etc. Food choise for evenings is basic. The shuttle is an incredible aminity and Ratmond is the best.
