It took 3 hours to check in. We were sent to 3 different rooms and ended up in a double queen after reserving a King Suite with a fold out. Our first room was filthy. Second room had other people in it in bed. We left after the first night and were told to expect a refund for second night from Expedia which we still haven’t received any communication on. The lady helping us at GW was absolutely amazing. And beyond helpful. There was only so much she could do. We hoped the food would’ve been better once we got to eat it warm after having to move 3 times and end up eating it cold the first night. It did not get better. The kids would never know the difference, so there’s that! Our 5 year old thought it was awesome, so I’m glad we went to experience it. But I don’t think we’ll be going back again.
