Beautiful hotel in the mountains so peaceful. We stayed in the annex part which is a good 10 minute walk to the main hotel if you want to use the restaurant in the evening or the pool through the day. The annex also had its own pool which is wonderful and you can have your breakfast there too thankfully! The only bad thing about been in the annex was walking back on a night after our evening meal it was pitch black and not lit up enough, we missed our turning one night! Overall though a lovely hotel and huge rooms great breakfast and fantastic comfortable sunbeds around the annex pool. Would I return? I probably would but wouldn’t be my first choice as I’ve stayed in many mountain hotels in Mallorca which were better

We had a smooth check-in and all the staff including at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our booking and we stayed in the family room which in fact is an apartment with refrigerator and small kitchen with a lovely country view with grazing sheep and the sounds of the peacocks which also together with the well groomed horses were nearby and belongs to the hotel. This hotel is frequently visited and popular by cyclists. We only stayed 3 nights and it was okay to us without a car/motorcycle however, if you stay longer it’s recommendable to come by car/motorcycle or bicycle as the hotel is in a remote area and the next village is in 25min walk distance. The hotel has a main and second building which is 600m away however, breakfast were served in both buildings and both have swimming facilities. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. Food (small menu card) offered at the restaurant was excellent. Recommendable to all who need a place to retreat for a few days and enjoy the countryside and the tasteful food.

A gem of a location in the heart of Mallorca farms, olive and orange groves. The manor house from the 1700's is dramatic and very impressive. The grounds were amazing as well. So many activities and too little time for us. Staff could not have been better.

The place is marvelous, I mean the location and nature. It is not on a beach but with car you don’t have problem to get anywhere. We stayed in a guest house, very calm, cozy and relaxed. I was swimming in a pool every morning but was a little bit puzzled with 11 am rule, still don’t know if it was allowed. Food in both restaurants were good as well as service. The breakfast was very basic with little vegetables but otherwise good enough. Funny that olive oil in the table had expire date 30/08/2019. Never mind, it was good anyway! We were really pleased to stay here and might come back though we love to explore other places.

Full of character, but not much for kids to do apart from the pool - doesn't feel like as much of a family hotel as we thought.

Wonderful location. Somethings were not very well kept like the gardens and the fitness centre, bit rooms were nice though simple with low water pressure in the showers. Outstanding location and restuarant. Taster menu was exceptional on the first night and excellent local wines. Staff were nice and friendly but you had the impression there were not enough of them. All were seen doing various jobs and always over busy. Exception was the restuarant where the staff were professional and well resourced. Anyway, we loved it and nearby caves are well worth a visit. Hire or take bikes.

The staff were 10/10.Nothing was too much trouble. We were staying in the annexe quite away from the main hotel where every evening meal was.Although the evening food was 5 star it was annoying after riding a bike all day not to be able to have food earlier and not be in the hotel to just fall into bed after. The shower was appalling.Poor flow and it fell onto my forearm the first night and bruised it so I had to use masking tape to secure it every night.A lot of people had this issue with their showers on the trip and also injured arms and even heads when the shower fell on them! It is a noisy annexe re hearing people in the lounge area when in the bedroom and also when staff are opening up in the morning or guests are coming back in the evening. The flooring is very noisy too if people don’t take shoes off.

This is a tremendous hotel. Scenery is fabulous. There are great views of the natural countryside around every aspect of the hotel buildings. Staff are very courteous and helpful, although we found a couple of guys who didn't understand our English - no problem in Spain - and facilities are good. We had a meal at the barbecue restaurant lower down the driveway in the grounds, and it was very nice, except for a slghtly low-quality Sirloin steak. Rooms are spacious and clean. The place was nice and quiet at night. The staff need to be a bit more forthcoming in placing more coffee cups out for guests at breakfast. Worth the 4-star rating.

Wanted to spend quality time away with spouse in the mountains, close to bike rides and hikes but with the added luxury of good food and a spa. This ticked the boxes.

What an amazing location. Surrounded by mountains and fields. The pool area and spa are amazing. The restaurant was superb, we ordered a tasting menu and it was some of the best food we have had. Enjoying breakfast and dinner whilst looking out over the countryside - heaven!

Second visit. Really enjoyed it again. But they do need to provide in room tea and coffee making facilities. We arrived on Sunday at 4pm and it took nearly 40 minutes just to get a cup of tea or coffee as we could not get anybody to help us. Other than that it was great. Lovely hotel in great location.
