Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful

Overall the room was nice and outdated. The bed was comfortable, and being was clean and the showers were hot. The room could use a deep cleaning, the vent was covered in dust and you could see dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom flooring. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was decent. We were on the 1st floor and the creaking floors above were obnoxious when trying to fall asleep and stay asleep it is very loud sounding.

Place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also close to major highway. Friendly staff and breakfast was great.

Loved the staff at the front desk.

We were near the end of the hall, near an exit door. This door did not lock. Pointed it out to the desk. They were aware, but wait only one guy could fix it .... They could have fixed it, plus it had been broken for a while . On the plus side, breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly, and room was clean

Did not change sheets in the room after 3 night stay, even when we asked for the room to be cleaned.

Upon arrival everything was great, check in was easy but WAY overpriced. I arrived to my room to crumbs on the bed as if it had never been cleaned, food particles on the floor. The bathroom was pretty clean. I was on the second floor and at bed time was kept up by a loud continuous thump in the room above us. I could only imagine someone letting their kid jump off the bed to the floor over and over, thats what it sounded like. Went and complained...they refused to move us and said all they can do is tell them to keep it down. It stopped for a few minutes the started back as soon as I was falling asleep. I recommend if your a early bird to request a room on the third floor. Breakfast was edible but not good and the dining room was extremely small. I guess this was the only option considering the other options had worse reviews. Just know if you HAVE to stay here be prepared to feel like youve just wasted $190

Staff was fairly friendly. Building was dirty- hallways, lobby. Air conditioning not working well in room.

Excellent hotel

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to help when I had questions about shops in the area. The breakfast choices were very good. My room was clean and comfortable and the cable TV worked well.

Overall good. Light in bathroom was missing a bulb but otherwise clean. Just spent the night. Convenient for eating and the National Park.

Hotel needs a refresh. They have air fresheners in hallway and in room which is unusual. Pool is not open. Gym is dark and old. Needs new equipment. Breakfast is the usual buffet. Everyone who we spoke to was very nice and helpful. This would not of been my first pick for hotels but options are very limited in the area.

Good hotel and a very good breakfast.

This property is nice but it is right on a very noisy highway. Fortunately the ac/heat drowned out the road noise. The staff were very helpful & the breakfast was good. The property is very convenient/close to New River Gorge National Park.

Only gave a 3 on cleanliness because there were stains on the sheets

The hotel was just okay. Will need to bring my pillow and toilet paper, tissues from home. The pillows are extremely small, and the toilet and tissues are extremely cheap.

Great location for everything that is in the area. Super clean, great breakfast, and good hospitality from staff.
