No working air conditioning, leaking shower. Hotel got too outdated rooms

Nice on site gym, private parking, restaurant was nice even if portion sizes were a little small.

Large room with kitchen, private parking and overall comfortable. The property is a bit tired, it really needs to be renewed.

Spa area was nice but extra charge, evening meal was good, breakfast average. Hotel needs updating as looking tired and old.

Weather was very hot which caused the room stuffy. Not allowed to use air con. Need to open window and sleep but got mosquito. Ask reception to provide fan but didn't arrange. Terrible service

Lovely room, nice breakfast. But I booked this hotel for use of the pool with the kids, and the property details didn’t say the pool was only for adults, and wasn’t told at check in. They wouldn’t offer any discount given we couldn’t use the one service we’d booked the hotel for.

Stayed for one night on a business trip, perfectly fine with that. Large room, clean bed and bathroom, desk and good size wardrobe. Not in an holiday location being next to the motorway. A couple of dining options available in the area.

Most of the hotel staff were very helpful a few weren’t I asked if I could eat my evening meal in there restaurant ( mamas kitchen ) & they said yes. It opens at 19:30 which is quite late to eat. On the Friday evening it was closed but they failed to tell me so I had to go out in the pouring rain and find an alternative. The hotel was very clean although the main carpets could do with a refurb. A pleasant stay on the whole would use it in future.

This day was alright, I had a one night stay with business. And very happy that I could park my car straight outside the room. Everything worked seamlessly However, the breakfast was not the best experience. If you want any breakfast get there early, and be aware, the man is not the largest. Overall my day was okay. Staff was really friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for three nights, the hotel staff are okay. But here is the rundown if you are considering to stay. - local to Bergamo Airport - very hard to get cabs. The receptionists can call a cab for you but do so half hour in advance - very little public transport. To get the metro you need to take a 20 min bus journey. Not in walking distance - you need to pay to use the swimming pool. They don’t tell you this when you sign the waiver so be cautious. Tbh it’s not worth it I wouldn’t recommend it. - the breakfast is 3/10. The best being the cappuccino. The rest was basic. - the dinner was basic too. I saw the waiter put bread (from someone’s table) into the basket, for it to be reused. I wouldn’t recommend having dinner at the hotel. The pasta was very basic. Then again, something else may be nice - the rooms were nice and clean, spacious - we stayed three nights but they only cleaned our room once despite us putting the sign up - to get into Milan central, it’s a 20min bus and another 25 min train journey. - there’s two supermarkets in walking distance which is good - there’s a Japanese restaurant nearby and that was 10/10 Overall, if you are looking to relax and not do much then this hotel does the job. But if you are looking to explore Milan and be out and about then I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to spend €70 to get a cab into Milan. 4/10 overall

The trip was fine until we got to the hotel, we needed an iron to quickly run over our clothes that we had in our suit case for a meeting, but they did not have one. We decided one day to get the bus to Monza, given incorrect information regarding the tickets, added stress what we tried to make an easy trip. We wanted information from the front desk for obtaining the congestion zone tickets for Milan, the only gave me an address to go to and that was it. You would have thought they could have done this on the internet for us? The food for breakfast, very limited. Normal continental breaskfast nothing that stands out that was good. The room was tidy and clean. Bed comfortable. Tv nothing in English. WiFi was rubbish, always on 4g. If you needed a quick stop over with simple things, this is the place. Ideal off the autostrada but don’t expect any luxuries even been a 4 star.

Service, cleanliness, facilities, food were all excellent. If I was to be picky the WiFi in the rooms was not very good but overall can’t fault it

Pretty dissappointing over all! Booked a 3 day stay for a spa weekend with my partner. The spa was closed Monday and Tuesday so we never actually got to use the facilities which was really dissapointing for the 500 euro we paid. Its way òut of Milan and the hotel organised taxi charged us 30 euro for a 5km trip to the train station. Staff on reception were not very helpful. Barman was a lovely guy and very friendly. Breakfast was poor, bolied ham and cold scrambled eggs each morning. Over all a very expensive disappointing trip. Do not recommend unless you are just travelling for business and you just want a room. Be aware there is nothing around the hotel just a couple of restaurants which were also very average.

swimming pool is not included for such expensive hotel in middle of highway.

We arrived early and the rooms weren’t ready that was grand we asked to use the pool that was fine then they tried to charge use 78 euro for using a pool for an hour. We then went into the rooms and there was hairs all over the bed. Told the staff and they were so rude about it then we got the beds done we stayed for the time we got a taxi and it had 25 euros on the meter and the hotel told us that’s normal then the night staff told us that it was a scam then the kitchen manager was so rude and didn’t put anything

I like very much the room disposition, where it has two entrances (one from the hotel corridor, second from outside) and the car can be parked in front of the room. I was pretty disappointed by the wifi connectivity, and service where the minibar fridge malfunction was fixed after more than one week and four urgencies
