We loved stopping in for a night on a road trip. The room was beautiful and spotless. Would stay again.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was apparent that it had been updated recently. Great shower.

Long line for check in. Room not ready until 6:00 pm

The website state the price per night. Also, it states “price per night included taxes and fees. When we arrived at the hotel we had to pay for resort fees. Which was an additional $75. This is very misleading to the customer. Plus, restaurants close too early. The only choice we had was a deli with prepackaged sandwiches and salads. This is a casino that is opened 24 hours and alcohol is served 24 hours. Therefore, the customers need restaurants to go to.

Kinda smelly

At the casino area specially at the bars….. no matter if it was busy or not……… there was always chaos among the bartenders, and they never took care of me as they do at Golden Nugget…. A few times I stayed there for a long time into a bartender come in give me a drink.

Staff didn’t seem have a sense of urgency when checking in for guests. It took me almost an hour to just checking in. The front desk person didn’t explain why there was a $75 fee I have to pay for each room. When I asked what was fee called. She said I can’t see what you paid for Expedia. That was not what I was asking.

My check in was at 4pm when i arrived the room was not ready didnt get my room key until 6pm Staff tild me thst they had until 9pm for check in which doesnt make sense because it says check in is at 4pm they didnt bother to make it rite they didnt even care and that was the manager telling me they couldnt do nothing about it ruined my plans having to wait for a room

The elevators smelled like weed worse than any place I’ve ever been. My other guests were complaining. It even smelled like weeks in the hallway and my room. The property and team members were nice. Not having some of the restaurants open a couple of time during the week caused us to eat off site.

Spa was closed, next room had a dog barking all night

For the first time, we had room issue and management responded quickly however, never could get hot water consistently in our shower. All workers very friendly.

We checked in at 4 and they said the room wasn’t available yet… took almost 3 hours later to check in! By the time we got a room at 7pm the pool experience was closed and we were ready for bed.

Spa was closed unfortunately, but the rest was good, especially the food. Sheets had a questionable strain that's why i gave 4 stars for cleanliness.

There was a long line to check in but it went fairly quickly so get there before check in time.
