La camarista muy amable El que me llevó la Comida de nombre Juan, muy amable

Esta fue la primera vez que no nos sentimos bienvenidos por el Sr. Que estaba en el front desk, y ademas en el siguiente cuarto se hospedaron varios jovenes que hacian mucho ruido, se oia demasiado el ruido! En el restaurant le pedi a la persona que nos atendio , un pastel para mi esposo que cumplia anos y nunca nos lo llevo a pesar de haberle dicho 2 mas veces!

The check in was great! The room was clean the only thing is the shower they need to work on the hot hot it comes and go… The breakfast was pretty good on the 1st floor the staff is very friendly… How ever the only bad thing is the restaurant is you have a chance to avoid the restaurant do it! I am not sure how they run the restaurant but it’s not that greats experience.

It needs an elevador fo go Down to the parking garage specially for older people carrying their suitcases other than that the breakfast is great and the maids service is perfect!!

Great place to stay at the central Tepic

I love staying at this hotel whenever I have the opportunity; the staff is always very friendly, everything is central and convenient, and the parking is essential.

Very pleasant stay. Very good & friendly staff. Location was awesome. The breakfast buffet was very good. Good choices and the staff was wonderful. The room itself had only two hangers and the lamp shades were old, cracked and yellowing. Besides that, I would stay there again.

It is important to speak Spanish or have a good translation app on your phone. Nobody speaks English. Location was excellent as in the middle of lots of shopping. Not allot of restaurants but some smaller places to eat. Lots of historic old buildings and huge church in the area. Town square always filled with people and venders. Lots of attractions. Great place to stay. You are in the middle of the old historic center.

The rooms were spotless. Buffet breakfast came with the room and was good. The restaurant in the lobby also served good food. The menu had lot's of variety. Your right in the heart of Tepic so there was lot's to see. From entertainment to foold and shopping. Highly recommended hotel. 💫💫💫💫💫

No air conditioner for 7 days if stay they say open the windows and all u can hear was traffic all night no sleep at all
