Bb was bad coffee horrible

Property is dated. Service only after three full days. Paid full price but only get service on the fourth day. Front desk staff was short at times and not very helpful. Bed duvet lumpy. Had to get air freshener due to dampness. Ptac would not shut off when temp achieved. Fridge was frosted over, laundry room was dirty. Disappointed with stay for price paid

Property was in good condition, nice lobby, room had an acrylic nail on the floor, carpet was stained and it looked dirty, bathroom looked pretty plain

It was clean and comfortable however the bar sink was plugged and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was empty

Stay was okay. No real issues. Facilities slightly worn, spartan breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The carpet could use some updating but overall clean, safe and comfortable. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the airport. We left before breakfast started but the dining area looked big and clean.
