The best Ibis we have stayed at. Friendly, efficient staff. Modern, quiet, air conditioned large room with ample storage. Excellent shower. Secure garage parking. Excellent value.

Perfect for what we needed. St Jean du Luz was surprisingly more than we expected it to be & a pleasant one night stop before short drive to the ferry in Bilbao.

Stopover in this lovely town on our way home. Location is ideal with its own parking too. It’s what we expected of the hotel for the price we paid. Ideal for a night on route.

Liked that there was plenty of secure parking in the garage which was included, especially in an area where parking seemed to be limited.

Very disappointed; with rooms of hotel, the hotel unfortunately, for me an my wife and two accompanying friends, all felt the pictures on the web site when we booked, were not a true representation, of the hotel, which we booked several months earlier. Based on our comparisons of pictures and reality, were sadly dissimilar, from reality. Would suggest very little difference between budget and hotel, so choose wisely.

Our dog was a bit bigger than they accepted. We offered to go elsewhere But they did accept us Then. A small happy dog on our floor barked loudly all night SmAll but noisey

Great location close to train station. Lots to see and do close by. Very walkable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

On the positive side: parking is great and included. They have done a good work in offering breakfast and service in spite of corona, that feels safe. Negatives: The bed was not very comfortable - thin. The bathroom is small and feels like a box. The pricis a bit high for what you get, compared to other options in the area. However, as a stopiver for one night, it worked out fine.

Great location for our trip A great and lively town

Very clean hotel in a very central, but peaceful location. There is a train line next to the hotel but we were unaware of any train noise. There is a short walk to the town centre and to the beach. This suited us just fine as there was no noise to disturb us at night. The staff were very friendly. Occasionally, the bar staff were no where to be seen. The hotel has an excellent scheme to encourage customers to be more environment conscious. A free drink per person is offered if you do not require servicing of your room, change of towels, etc. I would recommend this hotel.
