Hot tub was not working or 5 star

Very clean room. Staff was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good although they didn't have much of a variety, was expecting some kind of meat, bacon/sausage. Overall pretty good.

The room was clean but the bathtub needed a good scrub. Hallways were run down. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good for myself but my husband prefers scrambled eggs and bacon.

Les chambres sont propres. La piscine est bien mais il manque de chaises. Le déjeuner c’est ok mais manque de place pour manger. Le personnel très gentil

Room was fair priced. Good size, needs some maintenance. Staff shortage of housekeepers, but were training more and hotel was still clean. Hot tub jets weren’t working. Good breakfast.

It was ok. Clean, had everything that was advertised.

The pool was one of the dirties I’ve ever seen. There is green slime all over the deck and the water is cloudy. We saw a dead mouse in the corridor of the hallway. It was extremely noisy in the hall until around midnight and the door did nothing to block it - even with a towel rolled up along the bottom to muffle it. Would not recommend. The area is great. But there’s tonnes of similarly priced motels in the same area. Stay at one of them.

Only thing I didn’t like was people upstairs let their kids run back and forth stomping on the floor throughout the evening

There was an opportunity for clean carpets. It smelled damp. That’s utmost priority to be take care of.

The room we had was right outside the elevator, stairwell and snack machine. It was very noisy and the the lack of respect from other guests to be quiet during sleep hours was infuriating. Also, the power went out at 5am, so there was no A/C or lights to see anything. No hot breakfast and no offer of a discount. Power was off until almost check out time.

I would stay anywhere else.

Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel could use some assistance, carpets and bed skirts warm and tattered. Room and hallways had short, coarse hair on the floors, possibly dog?!?? Walls in the room had pieces out of the wallpaper. And the breakfast bowls for cereal at the morning breakfast were all chipped and cracked. I couldn’t find a single one that wasn’t damaged. Sorry 😢

Relaxing stay. Pool was clean and warm

We arrived and after the tiny elevator and narrow hallways we got to our room. It smelled like a wet dog had smoke a pack of cigarettes. The heat was on in the room (in July). We left immediately as my husband is very allergic to dogs. They offered to spray febreeze but I'm scent sensitive and do not appreciate a perfume covered stink. The staff was lovely and assisted us with no issues. Do not recommend. This place needs a major overhaul and perhaps carpet removal.
