They need to change their picture on their wedsite pool water was not clear

The taste of the food is not good. The buns were small, they didn't rise when baking and didn't taste good. The meal does not meet the standard of Holiday Inn Express hotels.

It was very clean and comfortable. It was very good for the price.

CONS: all four pillows on one of the beds smelled like actual feces. Not all the lights in the room worked. Housekeeping staff entered our room twice without knocking while we were in the room. When checking in, the front desk asked for my email which I thought was for a receipt but instead they signed me up for a rewards program without asking. The front desk "accidentally" marked us as checked-out 4 hours before we actually checked out - they called the room and asked why we were still there even though we hadn't actually checked out yet! PROS: free parking. Safe, quiet neighborhood with good food options and easy to get around. The woman at the front desk was apologetic about our issues when we did actually check out - no offer of refund or credit though.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, just an overall very pleasant stay.

Very nice Hotel, clean and great location

The shower was going from cold to hot. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The water was barely coming. The breakfast was terrible. It didn't taste like real food. The hotel was clean but very underwhelming.

Good

This may be one of the best hotel rooms I have had. Spacious room, upscale bathroom with backlit mirror, nightlight and high counters. Microwave, fridge, coffee. Spacious desk with a separate space for placing luggage on. Closet, room safe, and complimentary breakfast buffet. Perfect. Only cons were very loud room door latches which close with a loud thunk in the hallway and the beds were okay but could be a bit firmer. Highly recommend this place.

Dirt on the floor in the common areas. Noticed that as we were checking in and in the breakfast area. Room, bed great however!

Excellent

We were very happy with our stay except the pull out sofa bed in our suite. The mattress was absolutely terrible. The coils were digging into my back and it smelled like vomit. It was not possible to sleep on this piece of furniture.

Very clean and good price!

The only thing was that when we went to the pool, we found the beach towels very small. In the future it would be better to have proper beach towels at the pool.
