This hotel had a great location. Easy to walk around Madrid or catch a taxi to airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower was great! The breakfast was wonderful. Good selection of options for everyone. Thank you!

À better and healthier variety would be good…Pastries don’t seem like they are fresh.A better variety of fruits and yogurts is needed!

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is big and clean. However, there was a day that AC from ceiling is dripping but no biggie it eventually stops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The location is perfect and convenient. There is a Carrefour beside it and close to landmarks.

Located just off Plaza Mayor, on Calle Mayor. Very convenient to some sights (Plaza Mayor, Sol, Palace & Opera) and to metro subway which was fast to further sights. It was safe in an extremely busy area. Our room was quiet because we were in a room NOT facing street. Room was small but comfy; housekeeping was thorough; and advice from reception was accurate and helpful.

I have stayed in a variety of places all over the world but this was the absolute worst. The room was filthy. Dust and dirt on walls and along base board. Black mold in the bathroom. Not certain the linens were clean but we were exhausted so we had no choice to try to find a different place after long international travel. The very worst part was my daughter left her passport. We realized it 20 minutes after we checked out. We immediate called to see if someone could search for it. Initially they said we had to wait for housekeeping to come on duty. We missed our flight. Housekeeping came on duty 2 hours later. We returned to hotel to wait for house keeping. Front desk said “no it’s not there”. We asked if we could search the room ourselves and they refused to allow us. They said another guest had already checked in which we knew wasn’t true because housekeeping had just arrived. Needless to say we got stranded in Madrid for 2 days until the embassy could help us. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

Very nice service and clean room

Located in a prime spot the hotel is very unassuming from the exterior and lobby. Efficient checking and out by staff. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise. King bed was awesome. The location is the key factor- our stay in Madrid was so easy and walkable too!

The Uber driver left us a short distance from the hotel because the street is so narrow. Very cool though. The hotel is beautiful and the room is lovely. We just checked in and we are on the roof with a magnificent view of the cathedral with a glass of wine. Ahhh, this is cool.
