Great location!

The structure and the rooms are old. There is no air conditioning, only an old, loud fan, and the room is really, really hot. The towels are really stiff. The only positive things were the breakfast in the morning and the location, which was walkable to the borgo

Pros: Amazing staff. Sara. Loved her. :) The main floor has great bones and could be amazing if maintained. good price. Cons: The rooms. No bueno! They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach.

Friendly hotel, simple, but clean. Could probably do with an upgrade at some point in the future. Good location.

The pictures accurately show a lovely old hotel with a charming old world exterior. The staff were extremely friendly, even though I arrived late and was probably the only guest. The high ceilings and tall windows, and comforting bric-a-brac, tell the tale of an older hotel with a grand old tradition and appeal. Unfortunately, some aspects need updating, like the hard (and lumpy) bed, cramped bathroom with tiny shower, and crumbling floor surface. (Note: I was a single traveler, other rooms are likely more spacious.) In terms of overall comfort, perhaps a touch below expectations at this price. Definitely a convenient and friendly stopping place if you are on the road.

Very difficult to sleep because of noisy Germans in bar outside, one woman with a false laugh like a gatling gun. Very loud sea gulls all night. Otherwise delightful.

This hotel is really geared to families with children, only. The pool is too small and overtaken by kids all the time, there should be an adult swim time at least every two hours or so. The rooms do not have ac and the bathrooms are very small. The beach at Finale Ligure is nice but really crowded, at least in August. The best thing was Finalborgo at the walking distance with some nice restaurants and nightly performances at the piazza.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a big, old building from maybe the late 1800s converted into a hotel. Rooms have no AC, but high ceilings help keep rooms bearable. Staff was very nice. Location is great, ample parking, and an easy walk to the pretty Finalborgo medieval district. Although a beach town, the beach at Finale Ligure has some kind of big industrial thing dumped in the middle of it, so the locals very smartly promote the opportunities for mountain biking instead, which is excellent in the area. Many guests are German or German-speaking.

Ambiance décontractée et dynamique en raison de la fréquentation importante de vététistes. Chambre équipée sans luxe mais confortable. Bâtiment avec beaucoup de cachet. Proximité de Finale Borgo, lieu pittoresque et patrimonial. Un regret : le restaurant annoncé lors de la réservation était fermé. Il y a cependant beaucoup d'établissements à Finale Borgo.

Personnel très serviable, endroit calme, parking, très bon petit-déjeuner. Merci!

Ex convento, l'hotel è comfortevole, con tanti servizi per i bikers. Colazione super, irrinunciabile. Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Se cercate un hotel in stile moderno, non scegliete questo. A poche centinaia di metri c'è l'ingresso per Finalborgo.

Frukosten var helt ok. Rummet sisådär. Badrummet väldigt trångt.

Very relaxing staying in a convenient location, just 5minutes from Finalborgo centre (amazing little village). The hotel is an antique and very interesting building. The personnel is kind and welcoming, breakfast is lovely. Our room was a bit outdated but clean.

Very nice, but old hotel. We brought a dog who got a little goodiebag, which was nice :) Would definitely come back
