Nice. A little pricey but wonderful staff and the breakfast services were impeccable.

The room was clean. The welcoming at the front desk perfect as usual and the breakfast very good. The problem came from the bathroom and the shower. First the toilet was clogged and or very weak power to drain the water. Then the shower… Taking a shower with a clogged shower is absolutely disgusting. Having the water of the bath all the way to the ankle while showering must be one of the things I hate the most while travelling. I’ve mentioned it to the front desk and the answer was: “ ok, I will let the maintenance know about it”. Not what I was expecting to hear after that. I’ve always chooses this hotel in the past but I think that I will pass my turn the next time I’m in town.

My son really loved the water slide.

The check in process was a nightmare. They had no back up process to allow guest into their room. We couldn't get cards, they said someone would call when cards were ready no one did. The staff were polite doing the best they could but two hours after checking in now room card or working systems was absurd. No way to know if we were staying in a clean room or not. Or a secure room. The pool chlorine wasn't maintained. Much over capacity for a safe pool. Breakfast was fabulous though. Missing bacon but everything else was fantastic. Thank you for that part. Staff tried, they just weren't equipped or staffed well enough to address a system outage. Guest should have recieved compensation for the inconvenience but nothing was offered.

Beautiful site. Very comfy bed. Water slide is a nice feature but makes using the rest of the pool a challenge.

The place is always busy. It’s clean, well looked after. We always enjoy our stay.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at, in 2 months. Walls are paper thin, could hear people talking and snoring in the next room and in the hall. The 1995 tub creaked when you moved, I’m sure the people below loved that. The bed was good. Black out shades were good. Big tv, nice having a fridge and Microwave.

No water pressure in the shower. Indoor swimming pool is not heated the water is freezing. The breakfast is not tasty and warm not hot.Everyday the same food no bacon. Staff at reception are not inviting and seem standoffish. Overpriced for this experience

Hotel was good. Best part was the pool with water slide. Made the day for my kid.

Room was clean but had a weird smell. Maybe a chemical from cleaning? The closet was missing a door. Room was big and spacious. Staff was excellent, parking was easy, breakfast was good (maybe more fruit options needed). Enjoyed our stay. Good location.
