Good, working ac and quiet with good parking. Was renovated a decade or so ago so it’s got the green colour scheme. It is probably overdue for another renovation. So it’s not a fabulous Hôtel but it is good and I like these as they have working ac that more expensive hotels do not. So it is possible to sleep in a campanile!

The staff is great.

Perfect for a quick overnight stopover. Hypermarket close by as well as a great park nearby for kids to hang out for the day.

Broke air conditioner on an extremely hot day, resulted in uncomfortable stay and sleeping conditions. When I brought this to the front desk, they acknowledged it and said it was broken, but did nothing about it. Won’t be staying here again.

This hotel was disgusting- the carpet was absolutely filthy, the bathroom was too We did find the reception staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Please take this hotel off your website as the area building and the rooms are just terrible ..

Room is clean, have all the basics you need Bus connection to city center in 30 minutes all day long

The exterior even though they are refurbishing is still tired looking. We had a triple room, room could’ve been a bit bigger, but not sure they have bigger rooms.

Why when only a few people are staying are we all grouped together in a corner so that we have to listen to them while there smoking at 01.30

Clean, simple accommodation. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Handy for the tram into Lille.

Lonely area. Poor security in terms not gated property.

Self entrance and green space in front of the room is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me to taking appointment for vet for my dog.

You get what you pay for. You would think someone would fix the air conditioning regardless how much you pay. Dont use room 15. Disgraceful. Somebody teach the french how to park cars

I wasn't expecting a 5* hotel but a minimum of cleanliness is always appreciated. Checked in the room and found a sticky floor with dried coke (I hope...) stains on the floor resulting in sticky shoes. The room is barely isolated and cold wind could easily sneak in through the door. Towels smell detergent quite bad and aircon is very lound. Location is close to a supermarket which is very convenient for groceries and casual restaurants. Although the place is relatively quiet and provide easy entrance into highway. In overall I had a mixed experience but again, it's not a 5* hotel.

The hotel itself was ok, I got bitten by some kind of bug in the room, maybe a flea, the food menu looked expensive for what it was but overall the stay was ok & prices about right.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting the place our daughter lived while working in France. It was ideal, quiet, comfortable with extremely attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent as we're the evening meals. The rooms had air conditioning which was essential in view of the 40C temperatures outside. Well worth a visit.

Not such a good start as put into a room which had not been serviced - when the hotel was practically empty! Reception did sort this though although staff on reception seem to have many other jobs to do so aren't always there. Rooms clean and comfortable, few housekeeping issues with the shower but thankfully got around this. Generally a good place though.

Had to wait a while on reception but apart from that a very good place for a business trip. Clean, comfortable and food on site.
