Booked a king superior room. Bed was huge, but the hotel does not provide any water or tea/coffee maker. Of course you can order room service or use the mini bar. I was expecting a bottle of water and a coffee maker. I paid for spa access and enjoyed the facilities. I thought the breakfast buffet was ok.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and superb staff

Misleading information on Expedia website regarding the pool. The pool is in a spa that the hotel claims is separate and needs to be paid for and there is only a few hours in the afternoon that the pool can be used free of charge. The Expedia page suggest that there is normal pool acces, but there isn't and hotel staff don't care at all about rectifying this.

Pretty average, no amenities kit, no free water, no iron in the room, so not equipped for business men.

This property is very well managed, has excellent staff and Sarah was most kind in showing us rooms and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding as was the service provided. The only issue is there is no signage and with adjacent property under construction we initial thought hotel was closed.

The only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars is for the fact that there is NO outdoor pool as the pictures would imply. When i asked the hotel about this, they said the pictures are for "marketing" purposes which was really upsetting. the only reason i booked this place was because i have small kids and i needed to keep them busy. Needless to say we were all disappointed. Other than this important blunder, the hotel is really nice, clean and the staff is really wonderful. Just don't book it if you expect to have an outdoor pool to sit by and swim in.

Its a simple hotel situated at a convenient location. Not suitable for families with children under 16 yrs of age, as they will not be able to use the pool or any other facilities. Furthermore the use of the pool, gym etc all cost extra. These are not mentioned at the point of booking. The hotel offers the same basic breakfast menu every day of the week.

We slept so well from the first night, the staff were lovely and not intrusive. Our room was at the rear and close to the A4 motorway but was silent, the automated blackout blind and A/C ensured the room was comfortable too. Our waitress at breakfast Selma was attentive and welcoming, the cappuccinos were absolutely lovely. The room had a minibar - we used this fridge to keep our own drinks cool. There were no drink facilities in the room but we knew to expect.this. The breakfast was constantly good, although had no rotation we appreciated this. There were excellent alternative milk options and lactose / gluten free options.

Check out was a bit slow and They asked money for swimming pool.
