Probably the best service I've had in all Australia. The lovely women at the desk made the whole experience better, excellent customer service! The hotel is at a perfect location, close to eveything. You can have parking if needed ($), and the rooms have full kitchen and laundry machines. Perfect combination of hotel + home.

Stayed at Oaks Aurora Queen St in Mid January 2026. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. Pros - Amazing location. Rooms were very spacious. Great view of the river from both rooms - especially the 1 bedroom apartment. Exceptional customer service - we needed a cot and they provided it all set up on arrival. Nothing was a bother for reception and the few times I needed anything, the girls on the front desk were fantastic. Cons - We didn't book for longer! We will definitely be using oaks on our next trip up to Brisbane.

Superb stay, rooms fully appointed. Matching cups and utensils such a rarity. Amazing river views from the 19th floor. Staff simply faultless, professional and helpful. Will be back!

For the river view, this far exceeded our expectations. The spacious rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen more than adequate as we aimed to eat out regularly. Very handy food and wine retailers ensured we could make the most of breakfast and late dining on our deck. Sure, the rooms were not new, but cleanliness was fine, reception always cheerful and helpful, lifts quick and location hatd to beat.

Amazing! From the accomodating beautiful girls on reception, to the gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment, the river views and skyline at night, undercover parking, foxtel for the kids in the downtime, hot hot water for showers, comfy beds. It was lovely and clean. This place is A1. My new favourite place when I come to stay in Brisbane. Well done Oaks on Aurora!
