Another great stay , truly enjoyed

The hotel was fantastic. My room on 6th floor was very spacious, clean with wonderful views from the balcony. It’s 5mins from the airport. Very safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. A Spar is 5 feet from the front door for you to purchase drinks + food. The pools are incredible with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast has plenty to offer as does dinner. Staff are incredibly friendly & always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & looking forward to going back.

Nice hotel, good location. Much further from the city centre, not walkable & a decent cab fair over. Overall nice hotel with a great surrounding area! Plenty of restaurant and nice beach in front of the property.

4th stay in this hotel. Keep coming back due to the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, good food, good location close to the beach and easy to get to from the airport, plus reasonable bar prices.

Another great stay from start to finish , Great on the 4th floor 422 Amazing views , two balconies , with ocean views , Delicious buffet breakfast , pool was clean and lots of chairs to lay down Will definitely return

EXCELLENT service and great location. Their staff and workers were the friendliest and most accommodating group that I have ever experienced at a hotel or resort. Room was updated and spacious and quiet. 2 pools and a beach that was just a stroll away. Make sure that you get the food package that was well worth the few extra bucks. They even provided a small breakfast for us before our early morning flight. 5 stars.

Great location, lovely pool and views from the fron of the hotel, the food was good at breakfast but just fine for dinner. The WIFI does NOT work AT ALL. The beds are very soft so not comfortable. The AC barely works in the room - I'd worry if we were here when it was hotter as it would be very difficult to sleep. This is not a 4 start hotel.

Great stay

Awesome place. The staff was great and the service incredible. The bar and the restaurant at the hotel were AWESOME. The hotel is extremely clean and the amenities are amazing. Will definitely book this place again. The beach access is so closed!!!!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming which was appreciated after 30 hours of travel Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool and patio The breakfast is spectacular with special touches like bubby and OJ for that first morning Mimosa The gardens and overall feel make you feel like you have arrived in paradise

During the rain, I simply hopped on a local bus for a tour of Palma's historic sites. Otherwise, I was walking in the sand or to one of many nice restaurants!!

Aesthetically from the outside, the hotel has clearly seen better days but that goes for most hotels in this area. Inside it’s clean and of a good standard. We only had breakfast in the hotel and the variety and quality were both good, although you’re spoilt for choice locally with various great places to eat and drink. Service was ok. On arrival, despite completing check-in online it was very disorganised; being asked to sign forms again, to present passports over and over, issues calculating the cost of the room etc. Took a while to get things sorted when we just wanted to get going. For the rest of our stay the experience at reception was better, and in the restaurant it was ok where the chef for the omelette was very friendly but the waiting staff weren’t so much but at the same time they weren’t rude. Generally, rooms were well kitted out and we had the sea view which was lovely. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Plenty of storage although the safe was an old, key operated style security feature which was dated and we didn’t bother using it as the key wasn’t in the room. Great location - less than 10 mins from Palma Airport, 15 mins to the old town centre but plenty to do in the local area and right on the beach. All-in-all, a decent value hotel.

Amazing sea view and with the balcony doors open could hear the ocean from the room. Rooms very clean. No hair conditioner or body lotion provided. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Great location for long walks along the promenade, plenty restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room with a decent size telly. Loved the bar snacks and service. Breakfast could be a little bit more fruit, berries and avocados. All in all a lovely stay.
