We are a couple who stayed for one night. The room was in good condition. However, we found the buffet opening hours (9:00 to 11:00) to be quite short compared to international standards. We chose this hotel because it advertised having an airport shuttle, and there was no indication that VAT was not included in the price. When we asked about these two issues, we were told by Marcelo, the concierge, that we should book directly with the hotel next time and contact Expedia regarding these matters. We found this response unprofessional and not appropriate for a hotel of this category. Other than that, everything was good. I might not book at this hotel again.

Roome was clean and staff were great. Rooms were a bit tired and lacked amenities such as kettles , coffee , tea , water.

The people working there are all very sweet and serviceable. Reservations team was of great help, I spoke to them several times and they helped me adjust my dates. The room was perfect. The breakfast was incredibly good.The hotel at night has a great ambient, very well located also to walk on the Sarmiento walkway street, safe. Beautiful views to the Cordillera. Good parking. Would stay there again.Thank you.

Very comfortable room, nice smell, super clean, convenient location walkable to the city center. Breakfast was very limited in hot options; i heard one of the ladies complaining about the arrival of some people to have breakfast “se te van a quedar a almorzar” which was very inappropriate!

Very pleasant stay in a hotel that has plenty of amenities and nice common areas. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and in addition, made eggs to order. Of special note, was their front desk staff, at any time of the day.

all the hotel i go, have cafe machine, water in the room etc, there is nothing , you need to pay to have bottle of water

Buen hotel, ubicado a pasos de todo en Mendoza. Tiene SPA, piscina temperada, un buen gimnasio, etc. El desayuno es buffet, con variadas opciones.

Everything about this place is excellent and I highly recommend.

Cannot fault it! Wish I was staying longer. From the moment I walked in, service was outstanding. Staff really looked after guests, very helpful and friendly. Good customer service which is important to me. I arrived early morning and the gentleman allowed me to check-in straight away. Thank you. Huge and spacious room. The room and premises were very clean. Housekeeping was done well each day. Lovely view of the city from my room. Comfortable sleep. Complimentary bottle of water was provided each day. Lovely lobby area. Breakfast was good and finally fresh fruit! Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items. I ate at the restaurant twice and food was nice. I had laundry done which was done well and returned to me on the same day. Prior to my arrival, I arranged an airport transfer with the hotel which was great. As a solo female traveller, I wanted to be safe. Good location. WIFI worked well. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Mendoza. Highly recommend.
