Simply the best of what you would expect from westin

Bathroom clogged. Toilet not clean. Impossible to climb on the bed.

We checked in around 9:40 pm. Front desk very unfriendly .... we paid around 350 for one night. I could not beieve the bad service we received. Oh well you get what you pay for .... just joking. For 350 a night I expect service with a friendly hello and how can I help you.

We love staying at the Westin Galleria. We stay there every time we visit Minneapolis.

My husband and I stayed for our 1 year anniversary. They did a great job making our stay memorable.

The only thing I wished was different was the size of the fitness center, it was pretty small and very crowded when I tried to use it. Otherwise it was a great stay!
