Quick one night stay. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good experience.

The staff at check in were quick and friendly. They did a great job at letting us know what was available, where to find the elevators and offered to answer any questions. Hotel room is spacious, and comfortable. Easy to figure out lights and AC system. Beds are comfly and should have no issues with sleeping on them. Only suggestion I can make is to have the tvs be smart tvs so we can sign in to stream if we want to from a favorite service such as Netflix.

Good location

I stay at a lot of hotels, this is by far my favorite in Houston if not the country.

Chemical imblancd caused the pool to be closed on second night

We had a good stay besides the air conditioner making the uncomfortable at times , the beds being to small and the blankets not being big enough, it was alright. If you would work on these issues the rooms would be perfect.
