Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual.

Hotel was great, everything was ok for a business trip. Problem is outside. The center of the town is not amasing and I had to move in order to feel safe and sound...

I had a good experience with this hotel. It was quiet most of the time , I asked for a shower had replacement with a bigger one and they did it. A kettle , some coffe and tea are the missing stuff from the rooms. Cleaning was done every day and towels replaced too.

This was a stepping stone, I stayed only one night but I wish to come back. The swimming pool is spectacular. Everything else is just perfect.

Great breakfast service and very friendly staff. Lovely salt water pool and tranquil surroundings. Local area is very rundown but hotel remains safe as it has onsite security. Room card did not work on a number of occasions which was due to low battery in the door handle.

Been there a week and definitely a nice place to stay . Rooms are big and comfortable . Same for the bathroom. Air conditioning working fine Breakfast was large and good Great oool

Nice property in bad districts. If you think don't go out of the property- great relax. At the far end of the golf field you can find entrance to the wild beach.

The front desk staff was great !

We were told by a local in Naples that she would not suggest us to go there. She said to cancel our stay due to the poverty of the area.

If Bates motel. Was a chain this would be one

we thoroughly like and enjoyed this place, can't wait to spend more night there in the near future

Great rooms, great food, friendly staff, adjacent to the beach and golf course. Large swim pool and long walking trails. Very peaceful and secluded. The accommodation prices are much lower respect similar quality resorts.

Hotel very good quality for price!! Location around not so good!! Need to use as just to hotel and not look outside the complex.

It was a nice overnight stay for a local group gathering. nothing spectacular. front desk does have difficulty seeing Hotels.com reservations and they tried to charge us again upon check-out, but after a 30 min wait they figured it out.

Excellent service and hotel amenities. Very clean and comfortable room with good WiFi.

The room was fine, but the common areas of the hotel were quite chilly. Breakfast was just okay.

This hotel a very run down area. The hotel does have security guards but I found that the patio door of my room had been damaged and would not lock. The hotel did resolve this situation but future resident said should be aware. No tea facilities. View from my balcony was a very large, noisy and dirty building site.

Generally, over all a good stay for 6 nights. Good facilities for s resort. Breakfast was good , plenty of selection.
