They had a nice garden with parrot which was nice. That was about all the good. We got a room that was big but was cold, dark, humid and dirty the curtains had mold on them and the linens smelled. We asked for another room and the staff acomódate us and the room we got had windows so at least it was not dark nor humid. However it was still dirty the blankets were stained they were supposed to be white but were more yellow in some spots. The hotel and restaurant itself were actually nice but the rooms were horrible!!!

Located near centro historico. Nice clean hotel with restaurant, including breakfast. Cold climate because of altitude, lots of warm bedding!

Our room was very small, we did not have hot water, there was some sort of leak so our bathroom floor was covered in water and bugs were floating in the water. There was not toilet paper we had to go ask the front desk for some. The sheets did not appear to be clean, the comforter looked as if it had never been washed and was full of stains. I found a bug in the bed and my husbands pillow seemed to be dirty as well. In the morning, the provided continental breakfast included s piece of toast and coffee. We were supposed to stay two nights but left early.

Muy buena atención de el personal, no me gustó que tenían un perico agresivo y molesto, la primer habitación que me tocó, había mucho ruido, posteriormente el personal muy amable nos cambiaron de habitación

Todo esta en excelentes condiciones. El acceso a las calles principales es de muy fácil acceso.
