Good place to stay for couple of days, you only need to know the area well enough.

Had a wonderful 3 nights stay ( Mar 4/5/62026)at Sonesta ES Suites Markham Toronto. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite was extremely comfortable and spacious—perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, which made the stay even more convenient. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety including hot items, cereal, and even pancakes. It was a great way to start the day. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The manager personally came to meet us and asked if everything was okay, which made us feel very welcome and valued as guests. The only downside was that parking is now $5 per day which used to be free before. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Markham/Toronto area. 😊

Friendly and fast check in. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is by the far the best place I’ve ever had.

Room had a lot of damaged or broken amenities. Also there is a parking fee so make sure you account for that.

The 2 bdr suite was filthy. Thank God my wife brought Lysol. Kitchen (countertop, backsplash, sink), bathrooms, especially toilets and glass shower - sticky stains all over and simply dirty. Towels had stains. Same goes for light switches. Also it says the property was renovated - old toilets, old bathtub, cracks in the walls and around the perimiter of the ceiling. The staff was accommodating and gave us a late checkout. This was nice. The furniture is new, but mattresses were very uncomfortable. However, due to being filthy, very rundown and uncomfortable I would not stay here again. Housekeeping needs to do a better job, otherwise it reflects very poorly on the property. We stayed in room 104.

Food for breakfast was good. The bed was very good. The bathroom needs remodeling and the corridors need remodeling. A garbage bag was left overnight in the hall. The internet and tv connections were very poor. At times the TV was not watchable. Staff were very good.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very convenient plug outlet , easy to do business via computer and printer…easy access to wifi in the room and in public area. Nice staff, fresh breakfast and delicious. Safe cooking timer setting, I enjoyed swimming pool, clean and big. Easy self parking.

Everything was good

The rooms were super clean, the renovated lobby and eating space was beautiful! Loved the breakfast as well. Kids will definitely enjoy the pool :)
