If you are for a place with family this is the place. The pool was great breakfast is typically what you find

everything were ok. first night when we checked in the room was dirty. bunch of hairs in the drawer that holds the hair dryer. they had not replaced the sheets and there were hairs everywhere on the sheets. socks and some other objects were under the sofa bed. bath tub was dirty.

Renovation is done poorly, elevator was retrofitted but elevator door panels were not updated, it looks like a job half done. Outside walls of the elevator area need to be patched. Bathroom dry wall patch work not done properly, patched area has uneven surface. The fridge is old, scuffed marks and dints are visible. Air conditioner vents in the hallway are low and dirty. Body soap bottles were full but bottle pumps were not working.

The overall stay was good. We had to change our room 2x due to issues with the facilities. But the staff was very helpful

Hotel is at a really good location, easy access to a lot of restaurants, parks, walking trail and public transportation. Room does look older than the pictures shown, but overall really clean room and comfortable mattress. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future if opportunity rises.

Staffs are very courteous and helpful and property was so clean. Especially I saw one of staffs named Nina working so hard and very kind plus very helpful. I have been stayed this hotel every times I go to Toronto. Good job and keep it up ever. Roger

We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was excellent, and the modern rooms with a full kitchen were a huge plus. The pool and terrace were beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The stairwell was old and dirty, which didn't make a great first impression. The pullout sofa bed had food crumbs and an old facecloth on it when we opened it, and there was no bedding provided. However, we contacted the front desk, and they promptly cleaned the sofa bed and assisted us.

Not so clean, the body wash in the shower were empty, paper napkins were almost gone, no extra plastic bags for the trash cans.

breakfast was excellent...room was clean...place smelled nice..pool was nice..gym was good..laundry facilities came in handy...excellent front desk staff...NO COMPLAINTS...

Big rooms, friendly staff, nice courtyard for sitting and eating breakfast.

The courtyard is gorgeous. We stayed in a 2 room 2 bathroom suite it was excellent for our family. The little kitchenette was an added bonus. Breakfast was good, typical of most hotel breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the staffs were friendly. The room was clean and very spacious, we had a two queen beds suite for me and my wife and supposed be very comfortable. But the room layout is not practical and waste a lot of space, beside my bed is just inched from the air conditioning unit, the noise was so loud and I couldn't sleep at all. Too bad, it just ruins my expectation!

This place was so pretty!! Breakfast was top tier. Absolutely affordable! So good we rebooked and will be returning next weekend lol
