Convenient to the airport, Good breakfast buffet

Enjoyed our stay. Will stay there again when flying from dublin

The room itself was pretty good. But for US travelers this hotel does not have Air conditioning! Even though it was 50 deg f outside and one small window open it was still hot in the room. To make matters worse they only provide a duvett without a sheet on the bed. This made for an uncomfortable night.

Great place to stay before a morning flight home out of Dublin airport. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient and the hotel is clean. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was fantastic (you MUST eat here!). Beds were very comfortable.

This Clayton is my top pick for a stay near Dublin Airport. Welcoming, helpful staff at check in. Super clean, modern room with a good number of outlets. Coffee maker/tea and treats are top notch. Shuttle drivers are helpful and can maneuver well through traffic to get you to the airport on time. If you have a car or want to take a taxi, Swords is just down the road with good dining options (Old Schoolhouse!).

We checked in late, chose the property due to 24 hour shuttle. Upon arrival at 11:30 pm, tried to check in on kiosk but it said our room wasn’t ready. Went to clerk, checked in and we were placed in a handicap room without notice. The configuration is very different from what we booked. Essentially the coffee maker didn’t work which is important to us and it was covered by some sticky substance, water from sink came out rusty, sink was child size and was almost at my knees. My husband was trying to flush the toilet at 1am and it wouldn’t work, so pulled the red cord next to it thinking maybe that was the flush, luckily for us no one responded to the alarm, unlucky for someone really having a problem. The room was supposed to have a small seating area but did not due to it being a handicap unit. We did express our displeasure at check out, the clerk was very sympathetic and said someone would get back to us. Just a very disappointing experience in many facets.

Good location to airport with 24 hour pickup and drop off service - one of the few hotels to do so at no extra charge.

Desk clerk was rude when we asked about the airport shuttle. No real help at all. Plus I’m seeing a charge on my credit card that looks like for the airport shuttle? I thought this was one of the hotel amenities. Supposed to pick us up and drop us off at the airport

This hotel was ideally located to the airport, which suited our purposes. Room was clean and staff were helpful. Bar food was good.

My stay at the Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was fantastic — I slept wonderfully after a long flight. The breakfast is one of the highlights of this hotel. It was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, both hot and cold dishes, and the staff was very attentive, constantly replenishing everything. What I appreciated most was the free shuttle service. The hotel picked us up directly from the airport and dropped us back at no extra cost. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for early morning flights or late arrivals. The shuttle is punctual and the ride is very short. Overall, this is a great hotel if you need comfort, good service, and practicality near Dublin Airport. I would definitely stay here again! Recommended Rating: 5/5 ⭐

They know their clientele and cater effectively

Very difficult to find shuttle bus at airport then incredibly long wait on bus and at check in (despite completing online check in and room being ready). 2 hours from looking for bus to getting into the room is unacceptable!

Very nice hotel with a good bar and restaurant. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, but only did drop offs at terminal one and you had to walk to terminal two. Not an issue for us but could be for someone with mobility issues or whom cannot pull/carry their luggage.

This is an excellent hotel. Very convenient location. The breakfast is decent personally I like a light breakfast so you’ll find that kind of option if you’re the same. But they do have hearty options too if that’s how you start your day. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is on point. The staff in the bar are very friendly and will have a chat if you engage. Overall great place I’ll stay there again when I come back!

Great value stay for Dublin where hotel prices can be quite eye-watering!)

Closest to the airport with great public spaces and restaurants. The shuttle is great. Just make sure you’re at the right Clayton airport property. Crazy there are two so close together.
