Great staff and very comfortable and cozy room would've loved to spend another night but only booked in for 1 night, next time I'll book in for 2 nights ☺️

2 bedroom unit was great for “own space” over 5 days. Kitchen well set up for our own food prep. Staff very pleasant.

Handy to hospital which was great as that was where I needed to be near but if you don't have your own transport it is not the most convenient location as Gisborne does not have Uber and the taxi service are expensive and not easy to get. The Motel is clean and well maintained - I stayed in room with an 'accessible' bathroom, great if you need one but if you don't it detracts a bit from the rooms atheistic. Beds were comfortable and heating was quiet and did the job very well. Shower water pressure was low if you wanted warm water Internet was good, fast and easy to connect etc.

Simply a really nice place to stay with easy access.

Cooking pans and pots too latge for stove elements. Lid too big for pot. Fridge too cold due to missing thermostat knob. Kitchen too dark. Lights over hand basin flickering. No basic sky tv chanels. No sport to watch. Receptionist very helpful and kind.

Excellent motel for my purposes and budvet

Spacious, clean room. Well equipped; had an actual oven. Free laundry was a nice touch. Knives need sharpening and could use a vegetable peeler. I could not find any recycling containers; that would be a positive addition. Otherwise great facility.

I had an amazing stay at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a pleasant smell throughout. I especially appreciated the comfortable environment, which was perfect for my toddler who has autism. It was a calm, safe space for him, and he felt at ease. The motel is also conveniently located near a lovely park, which was perfect for our baby to enjoy. Overall, we enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.
