Very clean very friendly people

The employees are very nice. Specially a young girl who was at the front desk. I forgot to get her name. She had curly hair and she is pretty tall. She was the nicest, she had great customer service. My kids love to stay in this hotel

The bed had long hair on the sheets and dirt. Seemed like housekeeping didn’t bothered on switching the sheets from the last people that had the room and just did the bed instead of changing sheets. Very dissatisfied as we had to change rooms at 10 pm right before we were ready to go to bed. Towels were very stained and dark so were the sheets. Will not stay here again.

Everything was good, the only thing that ay have improvement is the breakfast they offer. The line get really long and slow since they only have two persons doing everything. There was only one waiter that was running all over the place trying to keep everything in order on his own.

AIR CONDITION WILL NOT COOL SUFFICIENTLY IN ROOMS. WILL NOT GO BELOW 25 DEGREES C. BUFFET BREAKFAST IS SATISFACTORY, NOT THAT GREAT. IF YOU ARE USING EXPEDIA, EXPECT THE WORST ROOMS.

Not all the room had coffee maker, the hand face towels are too large. It was very noisy at night with people in the hallways. Breakfast was good. Security doesn’t respond upon requests. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only one card key given. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was ok, the mattress could be a little more soft for me, but other than everything was as described, I'll stay again in the future.
