Great apartment to stay in

Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.

Our apartment was amazing, we had an ocean view and could sit on our balcony watching the sun set over the mountains and ocean...it was breathtaking. The receptionist (Zeljka) was so wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again but even for longer next time.

Very nice apartments, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view. Nice, safe neighborhood. Next to a bus stop so fairly easy to get to old town. Excellent parking at the property. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice little market with the basic necessities available one block away. Great place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik, especially with a group.

We were pleasantly surprised by these apartments. It was very spacious and clean had a fantastic view of the water and was about a 10min walk from restaurants and bars.

Cons: Air conditioner to rooms are not user-friendly. Pros: Zeljka was very welcoming and responded right away to questions.

The check-in was super smooth with very friendly staff. The location is pretty remote and we had to Uber for everything.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Private parking space is great and no need to worry about parking in Dubrovnik. Easy to take bus to go to Old Town.

The rooms are really nice, good air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. Exterior is real tired, needs a good water blast and coat of paint.

We loved our stay at the Pervanovo Apartments. The manager met us at check in and quickly gave us all the information we needed, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment is big, clean and full of amenities such as a full kitchen and washing facilities. It was a good price and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to a bus that takes you to the old Town. We asked for a 1 hour extension to check out later and the property manager was extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and fully recommend it

These apartments are perfect. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to lots of great places in Lapad and beautiful beaches. Getting an Uber to the old city is simple and inexpensive.

Super convenient to grab an uber into Old Town. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Best part was the view! We watched the sun set and it was one of the most memorable highlights from our entire trip.
