Lovely hotel, great staff, good restaurants, great characterful rooms. Cant speak highly enough of the place!

Given that we were transferred to the main Chateâu, the room was disappointing. Yes, there were robes and slippers but otherwise it was basic - no opportunity to make tea/coffee. The shower was unreliable in its control. Poorer experience than when staying several times in 'la Métairie' Very disappointed with our stay and may not return. 'La Distillerie' also less enjoyable than previously.

I use this regularly in passing through. You can sometimes get a room in the Chateau for the price of the BW venue. The restaurants are very good. So is the bar.

It was lovely and we really enjoyed our time. We will be back in the future.

Amazing place.

My only problem was late night access, let them know if you are delayed. Also, access to some of the outside rooms is via stairs, and if you have mobility issues, this can be tricky, ask ahead of time.

I love this hotel and have used it several times as a stop off before driving back to England via the Tunnel. The French Chateau is a perfect setting and I have seen many French groups using it for weddings and work meetings.

I have stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed.

Hidden gem. Selection of restaurants near hotel. Large culinary garden that services the 3 restaurants. Great food and wonderful ambiance.

Very nice hotel. We checked in very late at night but still received an efficient and friendly welcome

We were in room 302 opposite the restaurant, music, noisy customers and the worst smell of cigar smoke. Do not stay here if you want a good night sleep after a long drive. No air conditioning, it was 34c, and you can’t open the windows due to cigar and cigarette smoke. The worst night sleep ever😢

I was charged for two meals I didn't have and when I tried to explain the hotel didn't want to know. The French company I work for will follow this up.

Heating wasn't adequate. Very cold indeed

Excellent had everything we wanted and the meal in the distillery was really good. This is our third trip and will use again

We were grateful for an upgrade to the old part of the hotel complex. Unfortunately the gastronomic restaurant was closed except for breakfast, but we had a good meal at the Vasco. Very helpful staff and exceptional breakfast.

second visit and again superb lat time we ate in the Distillery and this time the Vasco i both great and let us check in early which was excellent

The property is located within a relatively close drive to motorway but at the same time quiet, well maintained with a safe feeling. Staff are outstanding. Selection of on site places to eat was delightful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful 3 restaurants ( not always all open) on site plus a comfy warm bar
