Room was spotless and really well laid out for families

Spacious suite with Sauna, balcony area and really useful warming/drying cupboard.

The location, breakfast, swimming centre and staff were all great.

The breakfast was a lovely surprise. Beautiful hotel with a great spacious room.

Erittäin mukava hotelli, palvelu oli hotellissa, kylpylässä ja ravintoloissa hyvää. Aamupalan omeletti-pisteestä iso plussa!

Above expectations nice stay. Spacious room, separate bed room, own sauna. Even a wet bar. Excellent breakfast and very good spa included.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Kiitos! Junior Sviit loistava huone ja hyvä sänky. Aamupalaravintola ei ollut viihtyisä. Ruoka ja etenkin omeletti oli herkullista.

Huone oli loistava, kylpylässä sai olla rauhassa kun oli lähes tyhjä. Ainoa miinus oli että menin aamupalalle heti klo.7 mutta munakokkeli olo täysin kylmää ja pekoni lähes raakaa.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Suihkusaippua oli valitettavasti loppu suihkun automaatista.

Kylpylän laajennus ulkoaltaineen on todella kiva. Viimeksi käynyt kun oli vain vanhapuoli. Huoneet on ihan ok kunnossa, toki käytön jälkiä löytyy. Yksi mitä jäi kaipaamaan oli sellainen rauhallinen aulabaari. Ei 100dB musiikkia vaan paikka jossa istuskella ja ottaa vaikka kuoharia. Vastaanoton yhteydessä olsi sellaiselle tilaa.

The family room was spaces but was separate to the main hotel , this I did not realise until I checked in The breakfast was delicious and there was a varied menu , the breakfast was served in the main hotel so we had to go outside to go back inside to eat breakfast The spa pools were in a different building to the hotel so again we had to go outside to go back inside to use the pool, the pool area was an area used by hotel residents and the general public aswell so not exclusive to hotel Residents , and could be paid for each time it was visited , this I did not know and so paid for a full 7 days in advance when booking ,the peace and tranquillity shown on the website could not be found as there were many people using the facilities, however there was pool aerobics which was fun, as this area was not so relaxing we only used once throughout our 7 days stay

Rent. Mycket förvaringsutrymme på rummet. Bra att det fanns torkskåp. Rensats glas, koppar och vattenkokare. Ingen tallrik eller bestick på rummet

Wonderfull place, good food.

Right next to the ski resort.

The tv did not work in our room, but we got an upgraded room that made our weekend fabulous. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff in the reception.

Perfectly adequate hotel…very spacious if slightly dated room. Comprehensive breakfast offering.

Its more of a 3 star. Rooms are very basic. Matress hard and a cushion for a pillow
