good: staff, breakfast. Maintenance is quite poor. Bathstube was leaking, inunded the bathroom.

Room is clean, breakfast was good. Location is perfect. Staffs are very accommodating.

My room was spacious with everything I needed including comfortable bed, and opening windows, though it was slightly rundown. Meets 4.5 star by Western standards. This is a big hotel and casino complex with indoor pool, spa treatments, steam rooms and the lot, and at a much, much cheaper rate than I expected in late spring, you get a but of all the good stuff, including pretty extensive full buffet breakfast. I'm pretty tall and the front of house manager upgraded me on arrival, the doorman recognised me on my way back in. You'll stay in some more luxurious places from time-to-time, I'm sure, but the value for money at this perfectly good level was hard to beat and I booked extra nights.

The breakfast was basic. On the second morning I have decided not to waste my time and went straight to the train station to catch my train. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas. The staff of the spa was not interested to assist you in anything, and that is of course after the charged you with 3 euro for swimming cap.

Everything wasn't upto Ramada standards, I think

The amenities and the carpet were very dirty and ruined, the shower wasn’t working properly, the ac wasn’t working properly, very used and old room

Front desk lady (i think her name is Christine) she was very helpful. and Mr. Sulan and Mr. Ibrahim helped me with some issues with my phone, and they were very nice and helpful,

The swimming pool and the bathroom floors are shower are EXTREMELY SIippery and dangerous

Old hotel - feels like going back to the 70s. Tired and needs a major renovation. Very basic guest rooms, entertainment and breakfast restaurant. 2-3 star. Usually reserved and minimal friendliness staff. Functional without any wow!

I have high expectation to this well known Hotel brand, with so much promotions, but it's not all that great. The room is falling apart; shower head is not properly stuck to the wall. Toilet flush was stuck, it won't flush properly. I could make a proper descent plastering side of the sink, and pop-up plugs is not working, so I have to removed it to avoid overflowing water. Holes on my bed sheets. No slippers provided. The food is very expensive for just average food in the main restaurant. I ordered burger & chips and I can tell it's frozen chips, and Spaghetti with watery sauce. Breakfast is not even that impressive, serves on warm plates. The main hotel needs some proper good decor, it's very worn out; sofa's textile in the waiting area is just so worn out and dirty; I didn't even bothered to sit down. Definately won't stay here again.
