An older heritage hotel with lots of charm and attentive staff.

This hotel is exceptional - and they treat you as if it was your home. Everyone went out of their way and had such a good attitude. Do not miss the restaurant at the top of the hotel on the terrace.

the AC was not working properly at all and this kind of heat the entire experience got diluted.. could not achieve a good outcome for my gift i gave to my sister.

One of a kind type of experience that is hard to replicate elsewhere in modern hotels

As a Heritage hotel it was fairly unique but it was not kept as it should have been. Housekeeping was appalling, bathroom was not cleaned properly, towels were more grey than white. Breakfast was very slow, 7am apparently, but nothing was ready, cooked food still not available by 7.30 at times. Not much to choose from either and staff were quite slow. Food was okay, nothing exciting. We would not stay here again if we found ourselves back in Ahmedabad, Gujerat.

Absolutely beautiful heritage property that provided us with a very unique experience. Beautifully and aesthetically decorated rooms, excellent service and delicious food. Very conveniently located in the heart of old city. Highly recommend this if you are looking to experience the traditional charm clubbed with modern luxuries.
