10/10 The staff is incredible, so nice and attentive! The facility itself and the spa and the amenities are wonderful and all you need is there! The building and location is close to the train but also in the most beautiful setting and has incredible views! We loved everything! Can't wait to go back!

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Balcony view was beautiful. Breakfast was included and quite generous with the staff making fresh eggs to your preference as well as a variety of buffet options. View around the property were gorgeous all around. The property also had 7 saunas and 2 pools which were spectacular after long hikes.

Wow! This was the fanciest hotel of our trip! The pools and relax rooms and saunas were amazing!!!!!!! Seriously I wanted to stay an extra day just to enjoy them! They have 3 different pools and lots of lounge chairs/hammocks and a beautiful outdoor garden area plus some great indoor relaxation rooms and a huge sauna area with several options. That was so nice! It was the perfect way to relax after our hike! The town is very small, so don’t expect tons of options for food/shopping, but we liked Dobbiaco way better than trying to fight the crowds in Cortina and we found what we needed, even stopping by the cheese factory for some delicious cheese! The hotel staff was kind and friendly and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet had tons of options. The only downside was it was the end of June and hot and they didn’t have a/c or a fan, and leaving the one window open didn’t offer a ton of air flow. I asked for a fan at reception and they said they didn’t have one. We ended up leaving the balcony door completely open at night and it cooled off enough. The location is pretty close to the Tre Cime area and super close to Lago de Braies so definitely a good location as well. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

The amenities provided at the hotel are top notch including a salt water pool (perfect temp), spa pool with lounging chairs built in, indoor pool, several kinds of saunas, relaxation rooms of all kinds and lounge chairs inside and out. The breakfast and service is excellent. We had a room in the new Landro Lodge and it was very roomy, clean and nicely furnished. There was free parking on site and within walking distance of shopping and dining. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and spa with friendly and accommodating staff. They speak multiple languages with ease, including English, making it easy to get advice for things to do in the area. Fantastic breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santer! We stayed in the newer building and the rooms were quite large with a lovely balcony and view. There is a nice walkway underground past the spa to get back to the lobby if it's raining or you don't want to walk outside. The spa is incredible! We did a private spa session which included a jacuzzi bath, sauna, a massage for both of us, and sandwiches/prosecco. It's two hours and totally worth the money! The hotel is a little distance from town center (~0.7 mi) so I would recommend a car which we had anyway to be able to explore as we wished. Downtown is quaint with several shops, hotels, restaurants, and a cute farm shop. Would love to come visit again!

We enjoyed every minute of 2 nights at this beautiful hotel at the base of the Dolomites, for our hiking trip to Tre Cima. Everything was excellent and professional, staff, food, service, decor, spa, helpfulness and local activities. I would highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars.

The spa is larger than photographed - You cannot go wrong with a long weekend (or more) to balance out local hikes and relaxation!

The hotel spa is amazing, with free access to a number of pools, saunas and indoor/outdoor space. The room was ok though.. no black out curtains and no shower! There was only a bathtub with a handheld faucet, which I found extremely frustrating and messy (the whole bathroom was soaked after use!)

Property is overall nice and in a very well connected position to both the Dobbiaco and other destinations (towns and trails). Staff is helpful and cordial, parking is easy to use and access.
The room given to us belonged to a lower price-point, spa area is big but somehow confusing with instructions not consistent (in language and details). Moreover, despite being scheduled to open at 7.30am, we found most of the stations inactive (including the outdoor pool, where they decided to mow the loan at 10am) and lights off.
Lastly, the staff mowing loan was wearing the same outfit you would see them use do redo rooms. Apron included...

Property has plenty of charm. Dining staff is very pleasant and eager to please.
Front desk staff lacks warmth. When entering the front doors they wouldn't look up from their computers. I guess it was strange because we spent the previous 5 nights in a property that greeted us every time we came in or out.
