Location was great- right in the middle of every thing. Easy walk to the surrounding highlights and plenty of things to eat and do! The room was spacious and they had made the bed for us before we got in there which was a treat!

Great space and very central

The qauality and location of the appartment was great. The laundry was a disappointment, since washing machines was not in the appartment. The front door was poorly isolated and sound from the alley could be clearly heard in the appartment.

Very nice and central place to stay while in Bergen. The personnel was helpful and always available there for us. Good and practial parking for the car. Definately my warn recommendation for this hotel.!

Positive: - The employee Ulrik was fantastic! He went out of his way to provide great customer service. Our oven was broken, so he personally got us pizza from a nearby shop. - Staff in general were very responsive and friendly - Ideal location - Reasonable price - Comfortable beds - Access to washer/dryer - Good hot water in bathroom Negative: - Oven was broken. (It was replaced within 12 hours, and hotel bought us pizza to compensate.) - Lots of neighborhood sounds. A high-pitched construction-ish squeaking every night starting at 9pm. On Friday night, someone had a loud party from 11pm-2am. - Front desk not staffed 24/7.

Great room for our family! Comfy bed, pull out couch and size of bathroom & room overall. Great location and easy to walk to all the tourist must do’s. Very nice staff!

Amazing stay in the city of Bergen

I'm so grateful to the staff who went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate the needs of my group... and everything was done with a nice smile! Thank you so much. I'll be back next year!

Overall, we had a very good stay and found it to be great value for money. The location is excellent, and having a full kitchen and refrigerator was a huge advantage. Bergen has amazing fresh seafood, and being able to cook it in the apartment was much more affordable than eating at the fish market. The only downsides were that, aside from the bed area, the room felt quite compact, and the lighting was very dim. During the day we relied mostly on natural light from the windows, and at night the room could have been much brighter. I would happily stay here again, but brighter lighting and a little more living space would make the experience even better.

Booked a room with 2 single beds. Room was made up with one very small double bed. The receptionist told me we could separate the double bed to make 2 singles. We waited for them to come and change the sheets from one bed and replace with 2 singles. The singles were EXTREMELY narrow. Easy to fall out of bed. The window looked into a enclosed industrial courtyard. No daylight. Kitchen facilities and supplies were very good.

Great stay in a big apartment room. Had everything we need. Air con would have been useful but its not exactly tropical in Bergen so wasn't too bad. Lovely clean property with great shower.

Very clean apartment. Big and spacious, and very comfortable beds. Even the sofa bed was comfy. Nice shower and bathroom. The only drawback was the window in one of the bedrooms couldnt be opened, so it got very hot and stuffy in there. But other than that everything was great.

Excellent apartment hotel.

The hotel, room and staff were great!!! We were in room 502 and outside our door was open to the alleyway where the local restaurants used the trash compactor so that was quite squeaky and loud late in the evening and at times the smell lingered into our room.

Do not recommend Friday or Saturday night stays here - the music from the next door club is LOUD, vibrating prominently through the walls (Shazam can pick up the song). Great location, good security, but sound proofing meant 0 sleep until 3 am when the music stopped. I am sure this is a 4-5 star stay if during the week, but my review is to avoid Friday / sat night stays as long as the club next door is in business. Kind of a crazy contrast to the otherwise tranquil and gorgeous natural beauty of Bergen.
