Very friendly welcome including a call a week prior from the hotel to check that there was nothing additional needed - very thoughtful. Attentive staff at all times. Excellent gym facilities Lovely pool Excellent location to the centre Lovely housekeeping staff. I went to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends in Marrakech.it was a beautiful hotel and clean. We had a good time with their lovely staff and breakfast was on point. I will definitely come back again and again. However the only thing I could complain about is that it was boring no entertainment.

The hotel and staff are fantastic- 5 stars for everything. Great location with in the wall - nice walk to the Medina, but much quieter. Highly recommend staying here.

I was very disappointed that we stayed at hotel & Ryads after our stay at Sofitel. My friend had wanted to try this hotel out but it was disappointing. When we got dropped off, the doorman did not help us with our bags, greet us or tell us where to go. We asked him where check in is. Then after checking in at 3- we had a tour booked at 3:30 and wanted to get our luggage in our room before but no one brought it up until my friend went down at 3:20 to get it herself. The room was nice but turn down service wasn’t comparable- not really much except closing the curtains and placing a bottle of water next to the bed. The restaurant is dated- looks quite old and there’s nowhere I’d want to spend time in the hotel (there’s an indoor lounge). We did enjoy the spa and the gym. There is a nice steam room and pool. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

Very friendly staff all speak excellent English and helpful. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. In site restaurant very good. Perfect combination of quiet yet close to the new part of city and old town Medina. Lots of restaurant and cafes all walking distance. AC goes off periodically on a schedule so you have to power off and on to turn it on.

We stayed at the Naoura for a week over half term. This is a good hotel however I struggle to accept the 5 star rating. The service was at time chaotic and confused. We had two rooms, one a nicely refurbished suite and the other a three bedroom Ryad which was looking very tired. We had a constant battle to get complimentary water, had to chase for toilet paper and to get room service plates etc removed after use. All this despite spending £1000 per night for the Ryad room alone. The SPA pool is in desperate need of refurbishment with some electrical fittings hanging loose in a wet environment which was a worry, as children are allowed in before 1pm. The outdoor pool is very nice, the hotel location is brilliant. Amine in reception was always trying to help. The staff in general were always pleasant and tried to help but I fear lack managerial direction.

Came here on our babymoon and had a wonderful experience! Great rooms, service, food and amenities. Cannot think of a single thing they could have been better about!

Lovely staff, pretty grounds and wonderful villa

Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura is a beautiful, clean and well kept hotel. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. Both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The end of the trip we had a suite, which was exceptional. As for the staff...courteous, friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and into the medina. Breakfast was good and the dining areas, both inside and outside, are very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel should I return to Marrakech.
